Rainiers and Sounds Rained Out

Doubleheader featuring 1:35 p.m. and 5:35 p.m. games to be played tomorrow, August 30

TACOMA, Wash. -- Tonight's regularly scheduled 7 p.m. against the Nashville Sounds has been postponed due to rain.

Tonight's game will now be played as part of a day-night doubleheader set for tomorrow, August 30. The first game will begin at 1:35 p.m. The second game will take place at 5:35 p.m. Each game is scheduled to last seven innings.

All tickets for tonight's game will be accepted for the 5:35 p.m. game of tomorrow's doubleheader. Parking for the second game will begin at 4:30 p.m. Gates to the second game will open at 5 p.m.

At the conclusion of the first game, all fans will be asked to exit Cheney Stadium. Those wanting to attend the second game of the doubleheader must have a separate ticket in order to enter.

Tickets for both games of tomorrow's doubleheader are available for purchase in-person at the Cheney Stadium Box Office, online at www.tacomarainiers.com, or over the phone at (253) 752-7707.
