Everyday Heroes Night and Food Truck Rally

Tampa, FL - The Tampa Yankees will host Every Day Heroes Night on Wednesday July 3, 2012 at George M. Steinbrenner Field, when they take on the Lakeland Flying Tigers at 7:00pm. The event is sponsored by Mainsail Suites & Conference Center and Wells Fargo. In addition, the Tampa Yankees will host a Food Truck Rally starting at 5:00pm featuring Tasty Stacy, Disco Donuts, American Weiner, and other great mobile cuisines!

All military personnel (active and retired), Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, and EMT specialists will receive FREE ADMISSION to the game.

Players will be wearing patriotic theme jerseys in honor of the event.The jerseys will be auctioned during the game with proceeds benefiting Everyday Heroes. Everyday Heroes is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping the men and women of Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, the military and their families by providing a one-stop resource to events, organizations and assistance for our heroes.

The festive night will be capped off by a Fireworks show extravaganza sponsored by Mainsail Suites & Conference Center.

Every Wednesday home game with the Tampa Yankee, Kids eat free! Kids 14 and under get a free hot dog, soda, and ice cream with the purchase of a reserved ticket ($5) at the Steinbrenner Field box office. There will also be a bounce house and face painter on site, as well as other activities for kids. Tickets start at $4 and parking is always free.
