Tampa, FL - The Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society (PBATS) is pleased to announce that Mike Becker of the Tampa Yankees has been selected by his peers as the 2017 Florida State League Athletic Trainer of the Year. Mike now becomes one of eighteen league winners to be considered for Minor

Tampa, FL - The Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society (PBATS) is pleased to announce that Mike Becker of the Tampa Yankees has been selected by his peers as the 2017 Florida State League Athletic Trainer of the Year. 
Mike now becomes one of eighteen league winners to be considered for Minor League Athletic Trainer of the Year, which will be announced and awarded at the MLB Winter Meetings in December.  
Becker is in his sixth season as a trainer in the Yankees organization, his fourth with Tampa. He graduated from Ithaca College in 2001 with a B.S. in Athletic Training.
