(TRENTON, NJ) - As the Trenton Thunder prepare for the start of single game ticket sales tomorrow at 9:30am, the team announced that the "Rivals" Mini Plan and three games are already sold out.
The season will begin on April 3 with an Opening Day celebration of the last year's Eastern League Championship season. Tickets to Opening Day and the 68 remaining games will go on sale tomorrow, March 1. Single game tickets may be reserved online at trentonthunder.com, by phone at 609-394-3300 ext 101, or in person at ARM & HAMMER Park between 9:30am and 2:30pm.
"Our mini plan fans, season ticket holders and groups have given us tremendous support this offseason," said Thunder General Manager Will Smith. "To have games unavailable for sale before fans can purchase individual seats really shows how excited our loyal plan holders and groups are about this season."
The sold-out "Rivals" Mini Plan includes six games against the Thunder's top opponents. Four other Mini Plans are still available - the "Happee Yankee", the "Celebrate Summer", the "Mrs. G's Six Pack" and the "Happee Derby" - each one includes a free ticket to Opening Night, free food at each game and a free Thunder hat. The Happee Derby plan is available for a limited time and also includes a pre-game opportunity to meet team Golden Retriever Derby's puppy, Rookie, for the first 100 orders.
Three games this season, Saturday May 10, Monday June 16 and Sunday June 22, are sold out and will not be available for single game tickets.
The Thunder will release "Standing Room Only" tickets for sold out games at a later date.
