Homestand Highlights: April 23-29

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium has been the site of a gigantic snow removal project for the last week. The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers were forced to miss a homestand and have been on the road for two weeks. That will all be in the past on Monday, April 23 when the Midwest League affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers return home to start a seven-game homestand.

The Rattlers have added special Bang for Your Buck Nights to this homestand to thank fans for their patience in the absence of baseball at the ballpark in the aftermath of Winter Storm Evelyn. All fans may enjoy $1 Pepsi products and $1 hotdogs from Cher-Make Monday and Tuesday, along with the scheduled Bang for Your Buck Night on Wednesday. Fans who are of legal drinking age may enjoy 12-ounce, domestic beers for $1 on the first three nights of the homestand.

• MONDAY, April 23 at 6:35pm; Qdoba Q*Monday with NASH FM 99.5 & 104.9: Purchase an entrée at any Qdoba location in Appleton, Neenah, or Oshkosh for lunch on Monday and receive a ticket to any Monday home game during the 2018 season.
   
• TUESDAY, April 24 at 6:35pm; Baker Tilly Business Person, Military, & Senior Citizens Special presented by WVBO and AM1280, WNAM:  Show your business card when you purchase a ticket and for $15 you will receive a box seat ticket, a beverage and your choice of brat or hot dog. The offer is also available to senior citizens (55 & older) and military personnel courtesy of Baker Tilly, WVBO, and AM1280 WNAM.
   
• WEDNESDAY, April 25 at 6:35pm; Sports Career Fair; Bang for Your Buck Night with Y100:  Are you interested in a career in sports? The Timber Rattlers are hosting a Sports Career Fair/Networking Event from 4:00pm to 6:00pm before this game against the LumberKings. Details on the event may be found here on the website. All fans may enjoy Cher-Make hotdogs and Pepsi products for $1. Fans 21 and older may purchase 12-ounce domestic beers for $1. This is a part of Bang for Your Buck Night at the ballpark with Y100! Also, one lucky fan will win two charter airfare tickets courtesy of AAA Travel and Funjet Vacations.
   
• THURSDAY, April 26 at 12:05pm; D.A.R.E. Day; Craft Brews & Brats Thursday presented by Badger Club Amber, Wisconsin Brewing Company, and Fox River Brewing Company with Y100; BONUS Baker Tilly Business Person, Military, & Senior Citizens Special presented by WVBO and AM1280, WNAM:  Area D.A.R.E. programs are invited to come out to the game for a pregame program and a great day of baseball! The first 1,000 fans to attend this game receive a Timber Rattlers umbrella courtesy of ABT Foundation Solutions, Inc. Arty's Old Fashioned drinks will be available to fans 21 and over for $3 on an Arty's Old Fashioned Friday. Children 14 and under may participate in Kids Run the Bases thanks to Menasha Corporation after the game.
   
• SATURDAY, April 28 at 1:05pm; Yooper Day! with Special Yooper T-Shirt Giveaway; Caillou Appearance; North Shore Bank Family Day with WIXX; Kids Run the Bases presented by Tundraland:  This is the day! This is Yooper Day presented by Michigan Technological University, Stormy Kromer, Northern Michigan University, Northwinds Adventures, and Keweenaw Pub. The Rattlers celebrate the Upper Peninsula with some special treats around the ballpark. Plus, the first 1, 000 fans to attend this game will receive a specially designed Yooper/Timber Rattlers T-shirt.   Iron River native and three-time US Olympic Snowboarder Nick Baumgartner will kick off the festivities by throwing out the first pitch. PBS Kids' star Caillou will be hand to greet everyone before and during the game. After the game, children 14 and under may run the bases courtesy of Meijer.
   
• SUNDAY, April 29 at 1:05pm; Caillou Appearance; Girl Scout Day; Domingo Santana Bobblehead Giveaway courtesy of Ansay & Associates; Brewers Sunday with Rasmussen College & Star 98; Catch on the Field; Player Autographs:    Area Girl Scout Troops will receive a special ticket price for this game. They may parade around the warning track before the game, too. Caillou is back for pictures and greetings for a second day in a row. The first 1,000 fans to attend the game will receive a bobblehead of Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Domingo Santana from Ansay and Associates. The Rattlers players and coaches will be wearing their Brewers Sunday jerseys for the first time this season when they take the field to take on the Chiefs. Fans may play catch on-field courtesy of Rasmussen College starting at noon. Players will be available for a postgame autograph session sponsored by Tundraland.

The Timber Rattlers are in Peoria this weekend before they return home for their seven games with the LumberKings and Chiefs. Tickets are available for all six games at the Timber Rattlers website.

Partial season, group ticket packages, and Individual game tickets for the 2018 season are on sale now. Tickets are available online, over the phone at (920) 733-4152 or (800) WI-TIMBER and in person. Groups of 20 or more may order tickets over the phone or in person. The Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium Box Office is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.
