LAKELAND, FL -Garrett Boulware drove in the only run of Daytona's 1-0 victory over the Lakeland Flying Tigers Saturday night at Joker Marchant Stadium. It was the sixth shut out tossed by Daytona this year.
The lone run came in the second inning, when Brantley Bell reached on a Sergio Alcántara error. With two outs, Boulware would drive him home with a line drive base hit.

RHP Ryan Hendrix stranded two on base in both the seventh and eighth innings, before RHP Jake Ehret tossed a 1-2-3 ninth inning for the win.
The Flying Tigers made three outs on the bases and went 0-for-7 with runners in scoring positon, standing nine on base.
Bautista (2-8) snapped an eight game losing streak by shutting out the Flying Tigers on six hits and striking out four in his 6 1/3 innings.
Daytona will attempt to win the series Sunday afternoon. First pitch is scheduled for 1 PM, with coverage beginning at 12:50 PM on AM 1230 and AM 1490 WSBB with The Metcare Pregame Show.
