Tortugas Rained Out on Saturday

Doubleheader scheduled for Sunday

KISSIMMEE, FL - Saturday's game between the Florida Fire Frogs and Daytona Tortugas at Osceola County Stadium was postponed due to rain. The two teams will make up the contest as part of a doubleheader on Sunday to wrap up the three-game series. Both games will be seven-inning contests, with first pitch of game one set for 3:05 p.m. Game two will start 35 minutes after the completion of game one.


The Tortugas have been rained out in four of their last five visits to Osceola County Stadium.


RHP Jonathan Crawford will get the ball for Daytona in game one and RHP Jake Paulson in game two.


Both games will be broadcasted on AM 1230 and AM 1490. Coverage will begin with The Metcare Pregame Show at 2:50 PM.
