Matthew is entering his first year with the Tourists as a Sales Associate. Prior to joining the Tourists, he completed his senior internship with the Down East Wood Ducks baseball team in Kinston, NC.
The Williamston, NC native attended college at East Carolina University where he received a Sports Studies degree, with a minor in Psychology. During his time at ECU, he spent his time serving as a student bus driver for ECU Transit.
When he is not at McCormick Field, you can find him exercising in the gym or exploring the Asheville area!
