All you have to do is select a date, reserve it with your Vancouver Canadians Representative, and let the Canadians staff make it an event your guests will remember for years to come.
Full Field Rentals = $2200 (+ tax) - 2 hour minimum
- Additional hour(s) = $1100/hour
Included in 2 hour rental:
- House Music and Public Address System
- First Aid, EMT and Security on-site
- Custodial Services
- Onsite Parking
- Access to the TELUS BBQ Picnic with 12 Picnic tables and umbrellas
- 1st Base Restrooms
- Baseball set to 90ft
- Field Lined with foul lines and batters boxes
- Access to the Field*
* limited activities on the field – No golfing, equipment requiring stakes, slip & slide
Baseball Game additional inclusions (3-hour rental)*:
- L-screen and Protective screens
- One bullpen available for pitchers to warm up during the game
*Equipment including gloves, bats, helmets and balls will not be provided.
All proposed activities during your field rental booking are subject to approval by the Vancouver Canadians. Any group participating in non-approved activities during their rental time may be subjected to having they’re rental time ended. All participants, for their safety, and the safety of the Vancouver Canadians staff, are asked to follow the rules and regulations outlined by the Vancouver Canadians in your rental agreement. Participants are also asked to follow the direction of the any Vancouver Canadians staff member. Failure to do so will result in your expulsion from the stadium.
Items not allowed:
- No alcohol or tobacco/cannabis products (including electronic cigarettes) inside the stadium
- No food or beverage allowed on the field. You will be able have food and beverages in the first base BBQ area or in the stands.
- No sunflower seeds or gum allowed
- Non-athletic footwear or non-baseball cleats
