2020 West Michigan Whitecaps Impacted Game Refunds
Single Game Purchasers:
Please submit the form below to request a refund for any single games that have been purchased for the 2020 season. All refund requests must be made no later than July 31, 2020. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card on file. It is our goal to provide refunds within 45 days following the refund request. Please contact the Whitecaps Ticket Office if you would prefer your credit in the form of a gift card.
· Complimentary tickets, designated with a zero dollar value on the ticket, have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund.
· If you purchased your ticket(s) at the Fifth Third Ballpark Front Office and paid with cash, please send the original ticket(s) along with name, address, email, and daytime telephone number to the address below:
