Jennifer- I own the Monarch
What distinguishes the ICT from mostly any other place in the country?
Jennifer- We are such a friendly town, it's nice to see how surprised out of town visitors are when they interact with us.
What are you most excited for in the next 5-10 years in the 316?
Jennifer- Continued development and revitalization of downtown and the riverfront areas.
What's your main goal when running your social media accounts? What's your purpose?
Jennifer- To let people learn more about the company, our mission and our commitment to the community.

Jennifer- This is such an easy city to live in. We're so lucky to have all the amenities of a large city with small town feel and charm.
If you plan one theme night at the ballpark in 2020, what would that be and why?
Jennifer- I would love to see a symphony night!

Jennifer- I'm really excited about the new ball park and cant wait to see how it helps to transform downtown.
