The Dash are back at BB&T Ballpark to continue the 10th anniversary season at the downtown facility with a three-game series against the Fayetteville Woodpeckers from August 9-11. 
Friday's series opener is Cancer Awareness Night, held in conjunciton with Great Clips and the Roc Solid Foundation. As part of the night, fans will receive bracelets when they arrive at BB&T Ballpark that represent one of six different types of cancer: brain cancer, breast cancer, pediatric cancer, lung cancer, melanoma and prostate cancer. Throughout the game, fans will also "raise a hand to raise awareness". Additionally, a spectacular fireworks show will follow the game. 

The series against the Woodpeckers continues with live music on Saturday. Meanwhile, Sunday's series finale is a Lowes Foods Family Sunday and a "Super Sunday". The first 500 fans through the gates will receive a Dash hat and a ticket voucher to any remaining 2019 game. On top of that, $2 select beers & hot dogs will be available at the left field bar, and fans can have a pregame catch on the field starting at 1:15 p.m.! Kids Run the Bases, powered by New Balance Winston-Salem will follow each game of the series. 
Friday, August 9: Dash vs. Fayetteville Woodpeckers - 7 p.m.
Saturday, August 10: Dash vs. Fayetteville Woodpeckers - 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 11: Dash vs. Fayetteville Woodpeckers - 2 p.m. 
CANCER AWARENESS NIGHT: The Winston-Salem Dash will be hosting Cancer Awareness Night in conjunction with Great Clips and the Roc Solid Foundation during their Friday, August 9 game against the Fayetteville Woodpeckers.As part of the night, fans will receive bracelets when they arrive at BB&T Ballpark that represent one of six different types of cancer: brain cancer, breast cancer, pediatric cancer, lung cancer, melanoma and prostate cancer. Throughout the game, fans will also "raise a hand to raise awareness".
The bracelets will be sponsored by the Roc Solid Foundation, which builds hope for children battling cancer and their families by creating "Ready Bags" containing what families may need for an overnight hospital stay, building custom playsets for children ages 1-8 and facilitating bedroom makeovers for children ages 8-18.
FIREWORKS FRIDAY: A spectacular fireworks display will follow Friday's game.
LIVE MUSIC SATURDAY: Prior to Saturday's game, The Pearl Snap Prophets will perform on the patio in left field.

KIDS RUN THE BASES, POWERED BY NEW BALANCE WINSTON-SALEM: Kids will have a chance to run the bases following the Friday, Saturday and Sunday games of the homestand thanks to New Balance Winston-Salem. 
LOWES FOODS FAMILY SUNDAY: Children who are 12 and under can enjoy the Kids Zone for free on Sunday. Also, Dash players will sign autographs on the concourse before the game.
