WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Aug. 8, 2018) - Due to continued inclement weather in the area, the Dash's scheduled game against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on Wednesday at BB&T Ballpark has been postponed.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, August 21, when the Dash host the Pelicans at BB&T Ballpark. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m., and gates will open at 4:45 p.m.

Tickets for Wednesday night's contest are redeemable for any remaining regular season home game in 2018. With the postponement, Winston-Salem earns a series sweep over Myrtle Beach, marking the fourth time this season that the Dash have swept the Birds. Overall, the Dash have won 12 out of 14 games against their Southern Division rival this season.
Following a scheduled off day on Thursday, the Dash are back in action on Friday when they welcome the Potomac Nationals to BB&T Ballpark for the first time this season. The P-Nats, who were the first-half champions of the Northern Division, last faced the Dash from May 25-28 at Pfitzner Stadium, when Winston-Salem won three out of four games. Pregame coverage for the series opener begins at 6:45 p.m., and fans can catch all of the action on wsdash.com/broadcast, MiLB.tv and the TuneIn Radio App.
The weekend series includes Cancer Survivor Night (presented by Great Clips) on Friday, a Chick-fil-A Four Pack Night on Saturday and a Rayados Day on Sunday. Plus, part-owner and NBA superstar Chris Paul will be making an appearance at BB&T Ballpark on Saturday. The first 2,000 fans on Saturday will receive a photo of the nine-time NBA All-Star.
