Single Game Tickets On Sale!

17 Fireworks shows in 2013!

With the first game in the return to the St. Louis Cardinals organization 29 days away, individual game tickets for the 2013 Peoria Chiefs season are on sale! Tickets are available for all 70 home games by buying online, in-person at the Box Office (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or by calling 1-866-MYTICKET.

     Tickets are also available online at www.peoriachiefs.com and tickets will remain available nonstop over the internet while the Box Office, which can be reached at 309-680-4008, will be open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday when the Chiefs are on the road and open every gameday until the season ends and over the Ticket Return number from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm all season. A portion of the 2013 Chiefs promotional schedule is now available while additional giveaways, theme nights and promotions will be announced at a later date.

      The 2013 season features a return to the Cardinals organization for the first time since 2004 and Opening Day presented by Auto-Owners Insurance will feature a Magnet Schedule giveaway along with post-game Fireworks. The other 16 Fireworks nights for the 2013 season are: Saturday's May 4, 18 and 25, June 8, July 6, 20 and 27 and August 3 and 17; Friday nights June 28, August 9 and August 30 (Final Home Game), Thursday May 23, Wednesday nights June 5 and July 17 and a special Sunday Fireworks show on May 26. All games with scheduled fireworks shows will begin at 6:30 p.m. In addition fans will be invited to stay at Peoria Chiefs Stadium to watch the Jesse White Tumblers and the Peoria Riverfront Fireworks show following the 5:30 p.m. game against the Beloit Snappers on Wednesday, July 4.

     The 11th annual IPMR night which includes the Legend at the Ballpark will be on Saturday, June 8 as the Chiefs welcome Cardinals Legend and Baseball Hall of Famer Bob Gibson to Peoria. Gibson will throw out a first pitch and sign autographs with the proceeds going to IPMR. June 8 will also feature the third annual Dueling Pianos night at the ballpark.

     The annual Jimmy Buffett Night promotion which features a post-game concert, jersey auction and fireworks is scheduled for Saturday, July 20 at 6:30 p.m. as the Chiefs host the West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit Tigers). The Jimmy Buffett night post-game concert in 2013 will feature the Boat Drunks.

     Saturday May 4 is Star Wars night with VIP guests from the 501st Midwest Garrison Star Wars Troops. Saturday May 18 is Swing for the Cure with specialty jerseys auctioned off to raise money for the Illinois CancerCare Foundation. The numbers on the jerseys will feature photos of cancer patients and survivors. 

     The first giveaways (first 1000 fans) are set for the 2013 season. On Saturday, July 27 the first 1000 fans will receive a Joe Girardi Spalding High School Bobblehead as part of Catholic School night celebrating 150 years of Catholic high school education in the Peoria area. The bobbleheads will feature the former Chiefs catcher and East Peoria native in his Spalding High School uniform.  Other giveaways include a set of Pint Glasses given to the first 1000 fans 21 and over on three Thursday nights: May 2, June 6 and July 18.

     The first 1000 fans on Friday, May 17 will receive a Peoria Chiefs Umbrella and the first 1000 fans on August 17 will receive Winter hats will as part of Hockey Night. The first 1000 kids 12 and under will get a Peoria Chiefs backpack on August 9.

     In addition to the 4th of July the Chiefs are home for Memorial Day on Monday, May 27 at 1:00 p.m. For Memorial Day weekend, all Active and Veteran members of the Military get in free as part of Military Appreciation Weekend. The final home regular season game is scheduled for Friday, August 30 and will be Fan Appreciation Day with post-game fireworks.

    The 2013 schedule features four mid-week day games starting on Friday, April 19 with the annual D.A.R.E. Day game at 11:00 am. Friday, May 3 and Monday, May 20 are two GAMEDay Education Day games with 11:00 a.m. starts. The fourth day game is Monday, July 22 with Super Splash Day starting at 11:00 a.m.

     Weekly specials are also set with Half-Price Ticket Mondays and Taco Bell Tuesdays remaining for 2013. Tuesday's also feature the Humana Silver Sluggers program. Wednesday night's still feature $1 hot dogs, ice cream sandwiches and soda but also add a guaranteed win component. If the Chiefs lose any Wednesday home games, fans will get a free ticket to any Monday - Wednesday 2013 home game. Thirsty Thursday's continue in 2013 with $1 draft beers and sodas. Brand New for 2013 four Friday night's (May 24, June 7, July 5 and August 23) will be Red Hot Fridays with VIP former Cardinals as guests and 25 cent hot dogs. The list of former Cardinals who will appear at Peoria Chiefs Stadium on each of those nights will be announced at a later date.

     Sonic SuperKids Sunday home games will feature FREE kids tickets for kids 12 and under all season long and all the promotions and themes will be family focused with pre-game autographs and kids run the bases. Sunday themes include: Princess Day (May 19), Super Hero Day (June 9), Disney Day (July 7), Ice Cream Social (July 21), Nick Jr. Day (July 28), Homer's Birthday/Bark in the Park (August 4) and PBS Character Day (August 18). The first 1000 kids will get a Peoria Chiefs player poster giveaway on nine dates: May 5, 19 and 26, June 9, July 7, 21 and 28, August 4 and 18.

     Ticket prices for the 2013 season remain the same as they were in 2012: $10 for all seats in the Seating Bowl on non-fireworks nights and $7 for lawn seats. All Seating Bowl tickets will be $11 for fireworks nights. Season and group ticket prices are unchanged.
