Stone Crabs Hold off Mets 5-2

Aderlin Rodriguez homered for the second straight game, but the Mets fell to the Charlotte Stone Crabs 5-2 on Wednesday at Tradition Field. 

Marcos Camarena allowed four runs and six hits over five innings and was dealt the loss. Pedro Feliciano tossed a scoreless inning in relief with two strikeouts. Frank Francisco also pitched a scoreless inning with a strikeout on a major league rehab assignment. T.J. Chism tossed a scoreless eighth inning while Chasen Bradford gave up one run with two strikeouts in the ninth.

Alberto Cordero had an RBI single in a two-run seventh inning for the Mets.

The Mets will host the Fort Myers Miracle on Thursday at Tradition Field  at 6:30 p.m. Noah Syndergaard is the scheduled starter for the Mets.
