SALT LAKE CITY - With a 4-3 win over Las Vegas Saturday afternoon, the Salt Lake Bees captured the 2013 Pacific Coast League Pacific Conference Championship and will advance to the PCL Finals for the first time since the Salt Lake Stingers did so in 2002. The Bees will face the Omaha Storm Chasers, the 2013 PCL American Conference Champions, in a best-of-five series beginning on Tuesday, September 10 in Omaha.
The first two games of the PCL Finals will be played at Werner Park, home of the Omaha Storm Chasers, September 10-11. Salt Lake will host the final three games of the series September 13-15 (if necessary).
