2014 Student Appreciation Day Set
NORWICH, CT- The Connecticut Tigers are pleased to announce the 2014 Student Appreciation Day at Dodd Stadium. UCONN and the University of Rhode Island baseball teams will square off in their annual match on Tuesday, May 13th at 11:05 a.m.
Tickets are priced as follows: $10.00 for adults and $7.00 for seniors (60 and over) and children (12 and under).
The game is a special Student Appreciation Day featuring a $7.00 ticket offer to local schools and youth organizations that includes a food and drink voucher. Interested schools and organizations can call 860-887-7962 for more information. To qualify for this special ticket package, reservations must be made in advance.
2014 will mark the third consecutive year the two schools have played a day game at Dodd Stadium.
The Connecticut Tigers are the New York-Penn League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and play a 76 game schedule that runs from mid June through early September. 2014 season tickets, mini plans, and team merchandise are now on sale! The front office and ticket office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be accessed in person or by calling 860-887-7962.
