SeaWolves Announce 2015 Schedule

The SeaWolves today release their 2015 regular season schedule. The SeaWolves open their 21st season on Thursday, April 9 as they host the Trenton Thunder (New York Yankees) at 6:35 p.m.

The 2015 home schedule includes 32 weekend dates, nine Monday games, and holiday games on Mother's Day (May 10), Memorial Day (May 25) and Labor Day (September 7). The schedule also features three UPMC Health Plan Education Days (May 13, 20 and June 4) and four mid-week matinee games (April 15, April 29, June 17 and July 9). While a detailed promotional schedule will be released at a later date, the team will celebrate Independence Day with fireworks following the game on Friday, July 3 (7:05 p.m).

Night games will start at 6:35 p.m. in April and May and 7:05 p.m. from June though August. All Sunday games will begin at 1:35 p.m.

The SeaWolves will host the AA affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Altoona Curve, for three series at Jerry Uht Park (April 24-26, June 5-8, and July 7-9). The SeaWolves will host the AA affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, the Akron RubberDucks, for two series during the 2015 campaign (May 11-13 and July 16-19).

The SeaWolves return home to host the Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates) from August 15-17. Saturday's game starts at 7:05 p.m., and Rebich Investments will present the season's final post-game Zambelli Fireworks show. As fans exit the ballpark on August 16, they will receive a free 2015 magnet schedule courtesy of the Crime Victim Center of Erie County.
