San Jose Giants Announce 2015 Fireworks Schedule
San Jose, CA- The San Jose Giants have announced their 2015 schedule of home dates with a record number of Postgame Fireworks Extravaganzas. Fans will have the opportunity to see the sky light up above Municipal Stadium with fifteen fireworks extravaganzas, including Opening Night, the Fourth of July and a Friday Night Fireworks series. San Jose Giants single game tickets will go on sale Tuesday, March 17 at 10:00 AM.
The 2015 postgame fireworks shows are scheduled for Opening Night Thursday, April 16; Friday, April 17; Friday, May 8 brought to you by Blossom Valley Pony Baseball; Friday, May 22 sponsored by San Jose Water Company; Saturday, May 23; Friday, June 5; Friday, June 26; Saturday, June 27 sponsored by IBEW 332; back-to-back Independence Day fireworks spectaculars on Thursday, July 4 brought to you by Comcast and Friday, July 5 presented by City National Bank; Friday, July 17; Saturday, July 18 courtesy of South Bay Piping; Friday, July 31; Friday, August 14 sponsored by Martinelli's; and Friday, August 21 brought to you by Ledyard. The games on April 16, April 17, May 8, May 22, June 5, June 26, July 17, July 31, August 14 and August 21 are all scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM. The July 4 and July 5 contests will have 6:30 PM first pitches, while the May 23, June 27 and July 18 games have been scheduled to start at 6:00 PM.

Fans can guarantee themselves the best seats for fireworks nights prior to March 17 by purchasing one of several, affordable ticket packages. Mini Plan ticket packages are great for fans with a busy schedule or tight budget. Fans can secure seats for Fireworks Extravaganzas with other Mini Plan options as well. The Flex Plan is available at $80 and includes six undated box seat tickets for the price of five and these tickets can be used at all games, except July 4. With this package, fans must purchase their plan at least 24 hours prior to the preferred game. First pitch for the San Jose Giants home opener will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 16 against the Bakersfield Blaze. San Jose's 2015 season begins on Thursday, April 9. The Giants will host games at Municipal Stadium on Cinco de Mayo (May 5), Mother's Day (May 10), Memorial Day (May 25), Father's Day (June 21) and Independence Day (July 4).
