Shorebirds Postpone Series Opener Against Hickory

Doubleheader Scheduled for 6:05 p.m. On Tuesday

SALISBURY, MD - The Shorebirds have announced that their Monday night contest against the Hickory Crawdads is postponed due to rain. Delmarva and Hickory will make up the game as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday night, with Game 1 beginning at 6:05 p.m. Both contests will be seven innings. There will be approximately 30 minutes between the two games.

Fans who had tickets for Monday night's game can exchange their tickets at the Shorebirds Box Office for any other 2016 home game based on availability. Tickets purchased for Tuesday's doubleheader will be good for both games.

Brendan Gulick will have the broadcast for both games beginning with Shorebirds On-Deck at 5:50 pm on Fox Sports AM 960 and online at theshorebirds.com.
