ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Texas Rangers announced Tuesday evening that Round Rock Express OF Ryan Strausborger has been traded to the Seattle Mariners organization in exchange for 2016 international slot compensation.

Strausborger had spent the entire 2016 season with the Express, compiling a .288 batting average (47-for-163) with four home runs and 16 RBI. The Indiana native had recorded starts in all three outfield positions, as well as one start at second base.
