Daytona Postponed Again in Bradenton

Doubleheader added to home schedule

BRADENTON, FL - The Daytona Tortugas and Bradenton Marauders were postponed once again Saturday night at McKechnie Field because of rain. Friday's game will now be resumed Sunday afternoon at 1 PM, followed by the originally scheduled game, which will now be seven innings in length.

Friday's game was suspended with two outs in the bottom of the first inning because of rain and will be resumed tomorrow at that exact spot.

Tonight's originally scheduled ballgame has now been moved to Radiology Associates Field at Jackie Robinson Ballpark as part of a doubleheader on Friday, July 29th. Game one will begin at 5:05 PM, with game two following 30 minutes after completion. It will be a single admission doubleheader with both games being seven innings long. Friday remains Jimmy Buffett Theme Night at the ballpark and will feature live music from Captain Josh.

The upcoming Daytona homestand, which begins Tuesday, now includes 11 games at The Jack over 10 days. Bradenton will play five games with the Tortugas from Friday-Monday, with Saturday being Pokemon Go Night at The Jack.
