The Potomac Nationals are back at The Pfitz on Thursday to start a seven-game homestand. It features the Alexandria Dukes on-field jersey auction, the Pedro Severino From The Pfitz to The Show bobblehead giveaway, two nights of fireworks, the 1989 Prince William Cannons replica jersey giveaway, Autism Awareness jersey auction, Dollar Monday and $20K Winning Wednesday.
The P-Nats will go up against the two newest members in the Carolina League- the Down East Wood Ducks (Texas Rangers) and the Buies Creek Astros (Houston). The Wood Ducks are in Woodbridge for a four-game series, while the P-Nats play the Astros in a three-game series to close out the homestand.

Thursday, June 8th
Gates Open: 6:00pm                        First pitch: 7:05pm
The homestand starts off with Thursday Cheers at the ballpark, featuring $1 drink specials during the game. The drink specials will run for 90 minutes.
New this year is College Night Pfitz Parties! With proof of a student ID, grandstand tickets will be $5 and in the Picnic Area, there will be games, including water pong, corn hole and trivia.
Friday, June 9th
Gates Open: 6:00pm                        First pitch: 7:05pm
As part of Potomac Baseball's 40th Anniversary, on select Flashback Fridays, the P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing past jerseys of the franchise. Up first are the 1982 Alexandria Dukes Jerseys, presented by Compton & Duling.
These jerseys will be auctioned off through a silent auction during the game and winners will take home the autographed, game-worn jerseys at the conclusion of the game. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Boys & Girls Club.
The auction will take place during the game and will start once gates open. It will run through the last out of the sixth inning. The night will also feature nostalgic flashbacks to the year 1982.
Also, Friday is the first Friday Night Fireworks show of the season, presented by WTOP! Stick around post-game to see the best show in the area.
Additionally, it is the third Uncle Slam's Reading Program night of the summer. Area students who have participated in Uncle Slam's Reading Program will be recognized on-field pre-game with a parade with Uncle Slam and their classmates. Also, local author Kristin George will be at the ballpark with her dog Ruger, signing copies of her book, which was read at local schools as part of the reading program.
It is also Cancer Survivor Night, presented by Sentara.
Bring the whole family out to the game, with the Friday Family Pack! For the low price of $44, fans will receive four reserved section tickets, four regular hot dogs, four 22oz sodas and four adjustable P-Nats hats.
Post-game, kids have the opportunity to run the bases just like their favorite players! Kids Run the Bases is presented by Glory Days Grill. Kids should line up at the first base gate at the conclusion of the game.
Saturday, June 10th
Gates Open: 5:00pm                        First pitch: 6:35pm
Saturday night is the second bobblehead giveaway of the season! The first 1,250 fans through the gates will take home a Pedro Severino "From The Pfitz to The Show" Bobblehead, courtesy of Dave Stinson Geico.
The bobblehead of one of the Nationals' top prospects, which features a removable catcher's mask, honors Severino's rise to the majors. He was part of the Mills Cup Carolina League Championship Team with the P-Nats in 2014, and then made his major league debut with Washington the next year.
Additionally, one of Severino's game used jerseys from 2014 will be raffled off during the game.
The Potomac Nationals Booster Club will be hosting its first auction of the year. The auction will feature a Pedro Severino From The Pfitz to The Show Bobblehead, an Anthony "The Ant" Rendon Bobblehead, a Donald Trump Presidential Candidate Bobblehead, autographed items, including a gameday program signed by Taylor Gushue, a signed batting helmet and a baseball signed by Erick Fedde, and much more. Stop by to support the organization and bid on one-of-a-kind collectables.
Flying Dog Brewery will be at The Pfitz sampling by first base gate once gates open.
Be sure to stick around post-game to see the best fireworks show in the area, sponsored by WTOP.
Kids will also have the opportunity to run the bases after the game, presented by Glory Days Grill.
Sunday, June 11th

The series against the Down East Wood Ducks concludes with a giveaway, a jersey auction and Sunday Kids Day!
As part of the P-Nats' season-long Potomac Baseball 40th season Official Throwback Replica Jersey Series, on four select premium Sundays, replica jerseys honoring four of the Potomac Baseball franchises will be handed out to fans. The second is the 1989 Prince William Cannons jersey! The franchise was the Prince William Cannons from 1989-1998 and won a Carolina League Championship in 1989. The first 1,000 fans through the gates (500 adults & 500 kids) will take home one of these replica jerseys. Don't forget to customize your jersey at the ballpark! Fans can get their name and number put on the back for just $20.
All P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing special Autism-themed jerseys, presented by Cardinal Management Group. These unique puzzle piece jerseys will be auctioned off through a silent auction during the game and winners will take home the autographed, game-worn jerseys at the conclusion of the game. All proceeds will go to Autism Speaks, the world's leading autism advocacy and research organization, funding exploration into the causes, treatment and prevention of autism - and eventually a cure.
Sunday is also Early Father's Day, presented by the Virginia Department of Social Services- Putative Father Registry.
For Kids Day Sunday, the first 250 kids 12 and under will eat free, presented by Little Caesars. Kids will receive a voucher upon entering the stadium that is good for one free hot dog at the main concessions stand, as well as a voucher that is good for a free cheese pizza at participating Little Caesars locations. During the game, there will be a Kid Guest Public Address announcer, sponsored by Virginia529. Kids can sign up for the opportunity to be the guest PA during any of the P-Nats home games at fan assistance. Post-game, kids can run the bases, presented by Glory Days Grill, receive autographs from two players in the café area and families can play catch on the field. There will also be a face painter at the ballpark.
Sundays are also Virginia529 Super Saver Sundays: show your Smart Savers Club card and receive two complimentary general admission tickets.
Monday, June 12th

The P-Nats welcome the Buies Creek Astros to the stadium for the first time ever to start a three-game series on Dollar Night. Both grandstand tickets and hot dogs will be sold for just $1 each, presented by The Washington Post. Dollar tickets can now be purchased online, in advance of the game (online ticket sales cut off two hours before gates open).
Tuesday, June 13th
Gates Open: 6:00pm                        First pitch: 7:05pm
The series continues with Deuces Wild Tuesday! Grandstand tickets will be just $2, and now can be purchased online, in advance of the game (note: online ticket sales cut off two hours before gates open).
As part of Deuces Wild Tuesday, there will be $2 P-Nats player performance-based concessions specials, as well as $2 Wild Card concessions specials.
Wednesday, June 14th
Gates Open: 6:00pm                        First pitch: 7:05pm
The homestand concludes with $20K Winning Wednesday. The P-Nats have upped the ante on Winning Wednesdays, with two opportunities for fans to win $10,000! If any P-Nats player hits a grand slam in the seventh inning, one fan will walk away with $10,000; while if the starting P-Nats pitcher throws a complete game no-hitter of at least nine innings, another fan will win $10,000. These contests are free to enter, and fans can sign up at the fan assistance booth. Fans must be present to win.
Another part of Winning Wednesday is that if the P-Nats win, fans can redeem their ticket for another ticket of equal value for the next Wednesday home game, which will be Wednesday, July 5th! Also, Winning Wednesday contests and raffles will provide Nine Innings of Winning throughout the game.
Additionally, Baseball Bingo will be played during the game.
