Important Parking/Ticket Info for July 3

In anticipation of a large crowd on Monday night, the Omaha Storm Chasers are encouraging fans to arrive early at Werner Park that evening. Parking lots will also be open at 3:30 p.m. CT for that night's contest, with gates opening at 6:00 p.m. Guests are advised to arrive prior to 6:30 p.m., as the busiest times are expected to be between 6:30-7:15 p.m. Baseline Box and Home Run Porch fixed seats for Monday, July 3 are still available.

The "Biggest Fireworks in the Metro" will blast off following the Storm Chasers games on Sunday and Monday evenings as part of Independence Fireworks presented by First National Bank. The bigger and longer show will be the 49^th Annual Independence Fireworks extravaganza on Monday, July 3.<o:p>
New for this year's First National Bank Independence Fireworks shows at Werner Park are even larger fireworks, whose shells measure eight inches in diameter. Those fireworks will be the largest ever launched in the history of Werner Park since the ballpark opened in 2011.<o:p>
Omaha continues their four-game set at Werner Park on Saturday evening versus the Sky Sox, with first pitch scheduled for 7:05 p.m. CT. The first 1,500 fans through the gates will receive a Whit Merrifield Bobblehead thanks to Pinnacle Bank. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m., with parking lots opening at 5:00 p.m. CT.<o:p>
