The Las Vegas 51s scored seven unanswered runs in their 7-4 over the El Paso Chihuahuas Sunday night at Southwest University Park.

The Chihuahuas led 3-0 before making an out when Franchy Cordero hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the first, his 16th longball of the season in Triple-A. It was Cordero's second homer of the series, with both coming in first innings. Diego Goris' RBI single in the bottom of the third made it 4-0 El Paso. Las Vegas plated seven runs throughout the remainder of the game to come back and win.
Christian Bethancourt tossed 1.1 shutout innings, his second consecutive scoreless outing. Lefty Buddy Baumann followed Bethancourt with a scoreless two innings of his own. Sunday's game ended a string of six straight one-run games at home.
