TOEING THE RUBBER: Starting pitcher Tim Melville earned his third win of the season, holding the Aces to one run and four hits in 6.0 innings. The right-hander struck out six batters and did not issue a walk. Melville became the fifth Isotope to toss a quality start in 2019 … James Pazos threw a scoreless inning of relief while Nelson Gonzalez allowed one run in his two frames.

AT THE DISH: Sam Hilliard went 3-for-4 with three RBI and was a triple shy of hitting for the cycle. Hilliard's home run was his team-leading 18th of the season… The Isotopes combined for three home run on the evening with Brian Mundell and Josh Fuentes recording the other two long balls   … Mundell finished the night 2-for-4 for his fifth-straight multi-hit performance … Garrett Hampson collected three hits and three runs scored.
