2017: Opened the year with Independent Long Island, going 3-4 with a 3.45 ERA in nine starts... Signed by Minnesota on 6/12 and joined Triple-A Rochester... Appeared in 11 games (10 starts) for Rochester, going 4-3 with a 2.70 ERA... Held International League batters to a .199 average, with left-handers hitting .196 and righties batting .202... Set a career-high with 11 strikeouts, 7/28 vs. Toledo (7.0 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 BB, 11 K, ND)... Had his contract selected by Minnesota on 8/21 for a spot start at Chicago-AL, allowing five runs in 3.1 innings in a loss... 2014: Pitched for Double-A Northwest Arkansas in the Royals farm system... Was 2-11 with a 5.50 ERA and 105 strikeouts... Earned his first win of the year after a quality start against Springfield on 5/2... Struck out a season-high ten batters against Arkansas on 5/13.
2013: Pitched in just four games all year after coming back from Tommy John surgery... Totaled 3.2 innings on the season.
2012: Started the season with Northwest Arkansas where he pitched in six games (five starts)... Had a 7.71 ERA before getting injured... Season was cut short by elbow injury that forced him to undergo Tommy John surgery.
2011: Played the season for Class-A Wilmington in the Royals organization... Posted a 4.32 ERA (65 ER, 135.1 IP) and a career-high 108 strikeouts... Ranked 3rd in the Carolina League with 11 wins...
