Martie Cordaro is President & General Manager of the Omaha Storm Chasers (Royals’ Triple-A affiliate). Cordaro has worked in the Omaha pro sports scene since 2007 and was honored as the Omaha Press Club's 179th Face on the Barrom Floor. He was also the 2021 USL League One President of the Year, the 2020 George Brett Award for Commitment to ALS and the 2013 Baseball America MiLB Executive of the Year.

Cordaro led the process to build a park in Sarpy County, thus keeping Triple-A Baseball in the Omaha metro area. This also created the opportunity for the state's first pro soccer franchise, Union Omaha, of which he was USL League One club's President from 2019 through 2025. He led the rebranding of the Chasers and all the top revenue years of the Triple-A baseball franchise. In addition to orchestrating the naming rights partnership with Werner Enterprises for Werner Park, the organization also hosted the 2015 FNBO Triple-A All-Star Game and won back-to-back Triple-A titles in 2013 and 2014. The team was named by Ballpark Digest as the 2016 Charity Team of the Year and honored with the 2018 Best Marketing Campaign which celebrated the franchise’s 50th season. The club won the Sarpy County Chamber's business of the year in 2009 and 2015. Omaha also won a prized MiLB “Veeckie” from ESPN the Magazine in 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Cordaro was the 2011 PCL Executive of the Year and and, along with former team president Alan Stein, was named the 2011 Ballpark Digest co-executive of the year. The Royals honored Cordaro with the 2009 Matt Minker Award, recognizing an outstanding MiLB affiliate employee. Cordaro also was a 2009 Midlands Business Journal's "40 under 40"; a 2011 Suburban "Under 40"; and was the 2012 Ruston High School Young Alumnus of the Year.

A 1998 Louisiana Tech University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Cordaro (53), and his wife, Sara, have three sons, Gavin (30), Collin (22) and Cass (17). Cordaro is a long-time supporter of the ALS Association and also serves on the Partnership 4 Kids board of directors; is a member of the UNMC Board of Counselors; is a trustee of the Omaha West Rotary Club; serves on the Boys Town Boosters, is a member of the CHI Health Midlands President's Hospital Council; and is a Omaha Sports Commission board member. He has also served on industry committees within MiLB and the USL. In addition to baseball, Cordaro enjoys the Saints, Cubs, Royals, and all-things Star Wars. Cordaro is also an avid music follower, and in the 1990's he played drums professionally with Stonybridge and now plays in a local band, Strange Pleasures.

Laurie Schlender, a native of Quimby, Iowa, has lived in Omaha for over 25 years. She began her career as a CPA in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. After a short time off with her young children, she started her own consulting practice in the Omaha area with non-profit clients, such as the Iowa West Foundation, as well as several small businesses. In early 2000, the Omaha Royals contracted with Laurie to provide accounting assistance to their business office.

In December 2001, Laurie made the choice to phase out her consulting practice and became a part-time accountant for Completely Kids (formerly Camp Fire USA-Midlands Council). She was with Completely Kids for 6½ years and had been promoted to Finance Director by the time she left employment there in March 2008. That was when Laurie joined the Omaha Royals as full-time Controller. As Controller, her main function was to manage all aspects of the finances of the club. She was also an integral part of office management, IT, human resources, risk management and community relations. During the move to Werner Park in the fall/winter of 2010, Laurie spearheaded the implementation of an updated IT solution as well as new security procedures for the new facility. In October 2011, Laurie became an assistant general manager for the Omaha Storm Chasers and continues to manage all financial functions of the club as well as assisting with other operational areas.

Laurie came to Omaha after graduating from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting emphasis degree. She is a Certified Public Accountant, currently holding inactive status. She resides in Omaha with her husband, Greg, and their three children.

In the community, Laurie has been actively involved with St. Andrews Church since it began over 15 years ago. She has also volunteered extensively for the Millard Public Schools over the years.

Marcus joined the Storm Chasers in January 2022 as Director of Sales and was promoted to Assistant General Manager of Sales in November 2022. Prior to joining the Chasers, he served as General Manager of the Jackson Generals in Jackson, TN.

Born in Genoa, NE and raised in Rising City, NE, Marcus moved to Garden City, KS where he graduated from Garden City High School (Go Buffs!!) and attended Garden City Community College (Go Busters!!) on a soccer scholarship. After college, Marcus worked in the radio and retail sales industry before finding his passion as a travel ball and high school baseball coach at his alma mater GCHS.

The baseball industry led him to becoming the Game Day Coordinator, and then the General Manager, of the Garden City Wind of the Pecos League of Professional Baseball. After experiencing independent baseball, Marcus moved to Jackson, TN as an Account Executive for the Double-A Jackson Generals (Diamondbacks), where he was promoted to Assistant General Manager and then to General Manager. While a member of the Generals, he was proud to be a small part of two Southern League Championships in 2018 and 2019.

Marcus and his wife, Tammie, reside in Bellevue and have five children, one grandchild (with another one on the way) and two dogs. In his spare time, Marcus enjoys traveling and staying busy around the house (boring, I know…). He also enjoys following his favorite sports teams, which include the Oklahoma Sooners, Dallas Cowboys, Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox, Kansas City Royals and, of course, the Storm Chasers.

Marcus is excited to join the Storm Chasers and he looks forward to becoming involved in the Omaha community.

Sarah Marlowe joined the Storm Chasers in September 2023 as a Front Office Assistant. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in August 2005 and spent several years in the hospitality industry before leaving the workforce in 2013 to be a stay-at-home mom. In 2018, Sarah and her father started a small youth baseball organization that has kept her on her toes ever since.

Sarah and her husband, Adam, have three sons who are always on the go! When they're not at their kids' football practices or baseball games, you can find the Marlowes watching their favorite MLB teams (the Braves and Royals), catching a Storm Chasers game, or sitting on the east side of Memorial Stadium trying to cheer the Huskers to victory. Aside from all-things sports, Sarah enjoys reading, listening to True Crime podcasts, and trying to convince Adam that it's time for another trip to Disney World!

Michelle VanBemmelen joined the Omaha Storm Chasers in January 2017. Originally from Grand Haven, Michigan, she met her husband (also from her hometown) who was then in the United States Air Force. As a military family, they have lived in Missouri, North Carolina, Washington DC, Alabama, North Dakota, and now Nebraska.

As a military spouse, Michelle spent 20 years volunteering with and for military families and associations who supported military families. She also managed and was an advisor for two thrift shops on military bases.

Michelle and her husband have three children; two daughters (both married), and a son in college. They enjoy traveling to Michigan every summer, attending Storm Chasers and Union Omaha games, spending time with friends, and playing with their dog, River.

Pennie joined the Storm Chasers in April 2019 as a seasonal Ticket Seller. Beginning in February 2020, she served as a bookkeeper for the Chasers before being promoted to Business Manager in 2026. In addition to her role with the Storm Chasers, she has been an employee at Vala's Pumpkin Patch for 16 years and also serves as a bookkeeper for local non-profits and small businesses.

Pennie holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Nebraska Omaha. She grew up on a farm just two miles away from Werner Park. Currently, she resides in Gretna, NE on an acreage.

When Pennie is not busy working, you can find her spending time with her family. She and her husband Todd have three grown children, Garrett, Alissa, and Nicole. As a member of a sports-oriented family, Pennie enjoys attending Union Omaha matches and Storm Chasers games. She also spends time gardening, riding horses, traveling, and cooking.

Mitch Cunningham joined the Omaha Storm Chasers in September of 2018 as the Retail Operations Coordinator, was promoted to Retail Operations Manager in September 2019, and then named Director of Retail Operations in 2024. He spent the previous two seasons as a part of the front office of the Portland Sea Dogs, the Double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, as the Assistant Merchandise Manager.

Mitch is from the small town of Marysville, Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) with a degree in Sport Management in 2016. Prior to graduating from CMU, Mitch held an internship in the Athletic Department of Emerson College in Boston, MA under the Sports Information Director. After Emerson, he accepted an internship with the Nashville Predators and Bridgestone Arena as an Event Services intern in the fall of 2016. During his time in Nashville, Mitch got to work high-profile events such as the 50th Annual Country Music Awards as well as major concerts such as Carrie Underwood, Kanye West, Adele, and Florida Georgia Line (not to mention the added perk of getting to work for an NHL team).

Mitch really enjoys watching sports in his free time (except the NBA). His favorite sport is by far hockey, having played it for most of his life. He is a lifelong, very loyal member of Red Sox Nation, and is an avid fan of the Calgary Flames, Houston Texans, and the University of Miami!

Blake joined the Storm Chasers in 2021 as a Corporate Sales Executive, was named Manager of Lead Development in October 2022, and then promoted to Director of Corporate Partnerships in 2023. Prior to joining the Chasers, he worked as an Account Executive with the Reno Aces.

Born and raised in Brentwood, CA, Blake graduated from Midland University in 2016 with a degree in psychology where he was also a member of the bowling team. He later earned his M.S. in sport management in 2019 from Southern New Hampshire University.

In his free time, Blake enjoys golfing, fitness, reading and listening to podcasts. He is also an avid bowler and has bowled 26 career 300 games.

Skyler joined the Storm Chasers in April 2021 as a Seasonal Associate before transitioning to the Box Office Coordinator in 2022. She was named Manager of Client Activations in October of 2022 and then promoted to Director of Client Services in January of 2026. In 2020, Skyler graduated from the College of Saint Benedict in Minnesota, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Global Business. She kept busy working in the Athletics Department and competing on the swim team while in school. Prior to working with the Storm Chasers she interned with the Lincoln Saltdogs.

Skyler was born in Lincoln and is an avid watcher of the Huskers. She also enjoys watching the Omaha Supernovas, Minnesota Vikings, and the Vegas Golden Knights. In her spare time she enjoys reading, listing to music, and spending time with friends and family.

Jody joined the Storm Chasers in October of 2023 as a Senior Corporate Sales Executive.

Jody brings diverse and comprehensive experience to the Storm Chasers. Most recently, he worked for PlayFly Aspire serving as the Senior Director of Sales at Miami (OH), Drake, and Louisiana Tech University.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in Minor League Baseball, working for affiliates of the St. Louis Cardinals, Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Guardians, and Colorado Rockies.

Jody enjoys collecting sport memorabilia, cooking, and spending time with his wife Amber, daughter Abigail, and their dog Angel. He is a diehard fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs.

Landon graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2019 with a double major in Sports Media and Communications and History with a minor in Business Administration. During college, he interned for the Omaha Beef Football Team from 2018-2019 as a Sales Intern. After graduating in 2019, Landon worked for the Lincoln Stars Hockey Team of the United States Hockey League as an Account Executive for one season. He spent two years in the storage industry until 2022, when he joined the Storm Chasers as a Group Ticket Sales Executive.

Landon was born and raised here in Omaha. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, hanging out with friends, and going to concerts. His favorite sports teams are the Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Blackhawks, and Sporting KC. Landon's favorite sport is soccer, as he played for 14 years for club and high school at Millard North.

Aminah joined the Storm Chasers in March 2026 as the Client Services Intern. In 2025, Aminah graduated from Bellevue University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sport Management. She kept busy competing on the women’s basketball team and serving as Co-President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Prior to working with the Storm Chasers, she interned with the Omaha Sports Commission.

Aminah was born in Baton Rouge and grew up in Dallas. She is an avid fan of the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Wings, New Orleans Saints, and anything LSU-related. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, watching reality TV, and participating in local fashion shows.

Bob rejoined the Storm Chasers front office as Director of Ticketing in 2025 after previously serving as a Corporate Sales Executive beginning in 2022. Bob has 26 years of experience working in Minor League Baseball, including the last two seasons as the General Manager of the Rocky Mountain Vibes in Colorado Springs. He previously spent time at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as an Account Executive for Huskers Athletic Partners, was the Vice President of the Boise Hawks, where he was named Northwest League Executive of the Year in 2018, and was also the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Promotions at the University of Nebraska-Omaha from 2005-2008. A Massachusetts native, Flannery began working in Minor League Baseball in 1995. Bob has two children, Alyssa and Emily, and one grandson, Brecken.

Stevie joined the Storm Chasers in January 2023 as a Ticket Office and Retail Assistant and was promoted to Manager of Ticket Operations in January 2026. Prior to that, Stevie worked for the North Carolina Courage in the NWSL and the Jacksonville Icemen (ECHL affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres), along with his collegiate athletic department.

Born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Stevie attended East Tennessee State University and graduated with a degree in Sport Management. He graduated in May of 2023 from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master’s degree in Sport Management.

When he’s not at the ballpark, Stevie enjoys watching and attending sporting events, along with traveling. His favorite sport is hockey and he has seen all 32 NHL teams play. His sport allegiances lie with the Florida Panthers, Dallas Mavericks, Green Bay Packers, and the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Connor attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney and graduated in 2024 with a major in Sports Management and a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. Before joining the staff full-time in the fall of 2024, he was a Game Day Intern for the Omaha Storm Chasers during the 2024 season.

Connor was born and raised in Omaha, NE and has lived here most of his life. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, hiking, occasionally golfing, and traveling. His favorite sports teams are the Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Chaz joined the Storm Chasers as a Ticket & Hospitality Executive in August of 2025. Prior to Omaha, he worked with the Springfield Cardinals for two seasons as an Inside Sales Associate and a Ticket Office Associate.

Chaz was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and watching sports. His favorite teams include the Kansas City Chiefs, Chicago Cubs, Arkansas Razorbacks, and the Boston Celtics. Chaz is also a superfan of The Office, and is a three-time trivia champion.

Pierce joined the Storm Chasers in January of 2025 as a Ticket & Hospitality Executive.

Originally from Kansas City, MO, Pierce came to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2019 and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2023. While at UNL, Pierce was involved in many activities across sports including the Cornhusker Marching Band, where he was part of the band’s leadership team. Prior to joining the Storm Chasers, Pierce interned with the Arbor Day Foundation as a Sales Intern.

Pierce’s passions include music, traveling, and all sports. Some of his favorite teams include the Kansas City Royals & Chiefs, Husker Athletics, and the ‘Oakland’ Athletics. In his free time, you can catch him making music, spending time with friends, and enjoying the outdoors.

Austin joined the Storm Chasers as a Ticket & Hospitality Executive in March of 2026. Prior to Omaha, he worked with the Florida Panthers for half a season as an Inside Sales Representative.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Austin graduated from Baylor University in 2025 with a Bachelors in Marketing and Finance specializing in Sales Strategy in Sports and Entertainment.

In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, baseball, and golfing. His favorite teams include the Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, Baylor Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Chelsea FC, and the Dallas Mavericks. During his time in Dallas playing club hockey, his 16U AA team finished their season ranked #1 in the United States with a record of 59-4-1 and were on there way to nationals until the COVID Pandemic hit in March of 2020 cancelling the tournament.

Alex joined the Storm Chasers in August of 2021 as the Graphic Design Coordinator, became the Creative Content Manager in 2022, and then the Director of Marketing & Creative in January 2025. Hailing from mid-Michigan, he spent three and a half years in the front office of the Great Lakes Loons (Single-A, Los Angeles Dodgers) and one year at a boutique marketing agency before making the journey to Omaha.

In December 2025, Alex was named the recipient of the Diamond Baseball Holdings Triple Play Award for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.

In his free time, Alex enjoys traveling, taking photos, going to the movies, and watching sports. He is a supporter of the University of Michigan, Detroit sports teams, Liverpool FC, the KC Current, and Scuderia Ferrari.

Nina joined the Storm Chasers in January 2022 as the team's Social Media Manager. She previously interned with USA Hockey's National Team Development Program in their Communications department.

Born and raised in Racine, WI, Nina attended Michigan State University (Go Green!) and graduated with a degree in Advertising Management, as well as minoring in Public Relations and Sports Business Management.

In her free time, Nina likes to cheer on the San Francisco Giants and Chicago Blackhawks. She also loves music and tries to see any live show she can.

Clayton Van Horn joined the Omaha Storm Chasers as the Video & Multimedia Coordinator in October of 2022.

Clayton is from Crete, Nebraska, and attended Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. Upon Graduating with a degree in digital media, Clayton went to Bismarck, North Dakota for his second consecutive summer internship with the Bismarck Larks.

Clayton is excited to be back in Nebraska, where he can eat at Runza every day! In his free time, Clayton follows Cornhusker Wrestling and watches more Star Wars than any person who claims to be sane should.

Madison joined the Storm Chasers in March 2026 as the team's Marketing and Creative Content Intern. Before joining the Storm Chasers, she spent time as the athletics photographer at Jacksonville State University.

A native of Metropolis, IL, Madison attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale and graduated in 2025 with a degree in Sport Administration. During her time at SIU, she worked in the athletic department as a creative media intern. She also spent two summers interning with the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League.

In her free time, Madison enjoys baking and finding ways to stay active.

Austin joined the Storm Chasers in March 2026 as the team's Media Relations Intern. He comes to Omaha for his fourth summer in baseball media, most recently spending the summer of 2025 with the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters.

Austin is from Lee's Summit, MO, and attended the University of Missouri before his graduation in December 2025. While at Mizzou, he was a part of the student radio station, KCOU, where he broadcasted games and hosted several shows.

Austin loves all things sports, and you can often find him researching fantasy football year-round. He also enjoys cooking and watching movies in his free time.

Anne Culhane joined the Omaha Storm Chasers organization in March 2026. Prior to joining the Chasers, she spent nine years with the Eugene Emeralds (Short Season, Chicago Cubs and High-A, San Francisco Giants) as their Director of Community Relations and Merchandise, as well as a season with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Triple-A, Philadelphia Phillies) as their Director of IronPigs Charities. Before entering MiLB, she spent time with AmeriCorps VISTA and the Cleveland Browns.

Originally from Wyoming, Ohio, Anne attended Ohio University and graduated with a degree in Journalism, as well as minoring in Economics and Sports Management. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and hanging out with dogs of all kinds. She even worked with a nonprofit in 2019 to train a service dog (Vegas) for someone with mobility and PTSD; Vegas has since career changed.

Katie joined the Storm Chasers in 2023 as the Promotions and Community Relations Seasonal Assistant and joined the front office in a larger capacity after the season, serving as the Game Operations Coordinator. She was promoted to the Manager of Promotions & Game Operations in September 2025.

She graduated from Truman State University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Business Administration with a focus in Sports Management. During her time at Truman, Katie worked in the athletics department and spent a summer with the Burlington Bees. After graduating, she joined the Kansas City Royals as a Game Crew member and the Kansas City Chiefs Activation Team.

Growing up in Missouri, Katie became a Royals fan at a young age and watched them play every summer out at Kauffman. She is pumped to join the Storm Chasers and help fans come out to enjoy a game at Werner Park. When she's not helping make memories at Werner Park, you can find Katie at the gym, reading a book, or pretending to be an artist. Her favorite teams are all based out of Kansas City, with the few exceptions being the St. Louis Blues, Golden State Warriors, and the Omaha Storm Chasers!

Jack joined the Storm Chasers in January 2023 as Mascot Coordinator after spending the 2022 season as an intern. Prior to joining the organization, Jack attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he obtained a Bachelor of Journalism majoring in Sports Media and Communication with an Education Studies minor.

Born in Lincoln, NE, Jack was raised on a farm between Omaha and Lincoln where he helped his family raise crops and cattle. He also played high school football for Ashland-Greenwood High School (Go Jays!).

In his spare time, Jack cheers on the Kansas City Royals, Pittsburgh Steelers, and of course the Nebraska Cornhuskers. He also enjoys listening to music, lifting weights, and spending time with friends and family.

Brandon joined the Storm Chasers in July 2024 as the Director of Operations. He was previously the Director of Ballpark Operations for the Reno Aces, where he spent two and a half years. Brandon got his start in Triple-A baseball as a Stadium Operations Assistant with the Indianapolis Indians in 2021.

Brandon is from Jasper, Indians and attended Indiana University, where he graduated with a degree in Sports Marketing & Management in 2021.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys playing basketball and golf and spending time with friends and family. He's a huge fan of the Indiana Pacers, St. Louis Cardinals, and IU Basketball and Football.

Mac joined the Storm Chasers in November 2025 as the Director of Field Operations. Before coming to Omaha, he served as the Manager of Field Operations with the Sacramento River Cats and Athletics in Sacramento, CA; the Head Groundskeeper for his hometown Altoona Curve in Altoona, PA; and an Assistant with the Charlotte Knights in Charlotte, NC.

Mac graduated from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina where he was a member of the baseball and cross country teams. In his free time, Mac enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend and playing with his dog, Denni.

Tyler joined the Storm Chasers in August 2021 as a Ballpark Operations Assistant. He previously worked in the operations department for the Kansas City Royals and TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha.

Tyler is an Omaha native and received his Bachelor’s from Southeastern Louisiana University and Master’s from the University of Southern Miss, both in Sports Management.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and friends. His favorite podcasts are Joe Rogan, Bill Simmons, and Ryen Russillo. Tyler is a huge sports fan and has multiple TVs in his man cave to catch all the action. His favorite teams are UNC basketball and the Minnesota Vikings (SKOL!).

Logan joined the Storm Chasers in March of 2022 as a seasonal grounds associate, was promoted to Grounds Assistant in 2023, and then promoted to Field Operations Manager in September of 2025.

Hailing from Nevada, IA, Logan knew he wanted to work in baseball after working for the Nashville Sounds.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his puppy and girlfriend. Logan enjoys playing disc golf, watching the Iowa Hawkeyes, all St. Louis sports teams, and the Tennessee Titans.

Kari rejoined the Storm Chasers in December 2023 as the Senior Operations & Special Events Facilitator. She previously was a Ballpark Operation Intern during the inaugural season in 2011. Prior to rejoining the Chasers she worked 11 years with the Frederick Keys in stadium operations, clubhouse operations, and merchandise. She also did internships with the Albuquerque Isotopes, Frederick Keys, & Charlotte Knights.

Born and raised in Dubuque, IA, Kari attended the University of Iowa and graduated with a degree in Health and Sports Studies and a minor in Business Administration.

In her free time, Kari enjoy traveling, taking cruises, binge watching TV shows she has seen before, and watching an Iowa Hawkeyes game.

Tristen joined the Storm Chasers in December 2025 as the Special Events Coordinator.

Hailing from Loogootee, Indiana she recently graduated from Indiana State University. During her time in college, Tristen interned with the Burlington Bees as their Marketing Multimedia Intern and was a part of the Sport Marketing Association and Gamma Phi Beta. Baseball is a huge part of Tristen's life as she is also a Co-Owner of a youth travel baseball organization in her hometown!

In her free time, Tristen enjoys reading books, spending time with her friends, and of course watching sports and reality television! Her favorite pro sports teams are the Indiana Pacers, LA Dodgers, and the Indianapolis Colts. Her favorite college team to cheer for is the IU Hoosiers!

Cole joined the Storm Chasers in 2026 as a stadium operations internship. He was born and raised here in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up coming to numerous Storm Chasers games, even having played at Werner Park his senior year of high school in the state tournament.

Cole graduated from Gross Catholic High School in 2022 and is currently a senior at Bellevue University. He will graduate in June 2026 with a bachelor's in Sports Management. In his spare time, he likes to watch sports, build Legos, and spend time with his girlfriend and dog.

Coles is a big sports fan, rooting for the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, the San Jose Sharks, and Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Brett Guesnier joined the Storm Chasers in March 2026 as a Stadium Operations Intern. He previously worked with the Tulsa Drillers as an Assistant Grounds Crew member.

Brett was born in Kansas City, Missouri and graduated high school from Collinsville, Oklahoma. He is currently working towards a major in sports management and a minor in communications from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.

In his free time, Brett enjoys playing basketball, hanging with friends and family, and cheering on the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and KU basketball.

Jake McKinney joined the Storm Chasers in March 2026 as the Baseball Operations Intern. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Majoring in Sports Business. Jake was born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma and fell in love with baseball while playing throughout his youth and high school years.

While attending Oklahoma, Jake worked all four years for the Oklahoma Baseball team as a Student Equipment Manager. In his free time, Jake enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family. He is a proud fan of the Oklahoma Sooners, Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Tammie joined the Omaha Storm Chasers organization in 2022 as the Catering Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2023 with Oak View Group Hospitality. Prior to transitioning into the hospitality industry, she dedicated over 27 years to education, serving as both a teacher and principal in Kansas and Tennessee.

Tammie was born and raised in southwest Kansas and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas, followed by a Master’s degree from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. She and her husband, Marcus, have raised five children and are incredibly blessed with six beautiful and healthy grandchildren.

In her free time, Tammie enjoys watching true crime documentaries and listening to true crime podcasts.

Josh became the Concessions Manager for Oak View Group at Werner Park in 2024. He likes hot dogs and beer.

Jose Alonso, known as Chef Joey to most, is a Mexican-American born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. He is proud son of immigrants whose sacrifice and resilience shaped his path. Growing up in a community rich with culture, flavor, and hustle, Joey found his passion for food early, watching family recipes tell stories of heritage, survival, and celebration.

Determined to turn that passion into a profession, he earned his culinary degree and committed himself to mastering both classic technique and bold, modern flavors over the past 10 years. Joey has served as the Executive Chef with Oak View Group at Werner Park since 2024. Here he blends his roots with refined culinary training to create dishes that honor tradition while pushing boundaries.

Joey's journey, from South Central to leading a professional kitchen, reflects not only hard work and discipline, but a deep respect for where he comes from and the people who paved the way.

Sammie joined the Omaha Storm Chasers organization in 2025 as the Catering Manager with Oak View Group Hospitality. Before joining the hospitality industry, she was a sous chef at a scratch kitchen in South Dakota.

Sammie was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and grew up outside Minneapolis, Minnesota. She attended the University of South Dakota for Elementary Education.

In her free time, Sammie enjoys watching hockey games, drawing and playing video games.
