What is a Digital Box Office?
The Sugar Land Space Cowboys host a fully digital ticketing process. This not only helps the environment but gives more power to the fans. With full access to your tickets, you have the ability to forward, exchange and view your tickets anywhere you have access to the internet. Do you take cash?
We do not accept cash for individual ticket purchases. We do accept all cards and checks.

Creating an Account

  1. Go to slspacecowboys.com.
  2. Click the menu icon located in the top left corner.
  3. Click Tickets & Memberships, and My Space Cowboys Tickets under this menu.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. Enter your first name, last name, email and password you would like to be associated with your account along with your birth date.
  6. Click Register.

NOTE: Your MLB account is associated with Space Cowboys tickets.

How to Access Your Tickets

  1. Go to slspacecowboys.com.
  2. Click on the menu icon located in the top left corner.
  3. Click Tickets & Memberships and My Space Cowboys Tickets under this menu.
  4. Log in or click Sign Up. If signing up/registering your account, please refer to the 'Creating an Account' instructions above.
  5. Click View All Ticket Inventory.

How to Redeem Your Vouchers

  1. Log in or click Sign Up.
  2. Click the menu icon located at the top left corner.
  3. Click Tickets & Memberships and My Space Cowboys Tickets under this menu.
  4. Click the menu located at the top right corner.
  5. Click My Tickets and Vouchers.
  6. Click on your voucher package, individual voucher or enter your voucher code.
  7. Click Voucher Actions and Redeem.
  8. Select the voucher(s) you would like to redeem and click Continue.
  9. Proceed to select your game, seat(s) and through the checkout process.

How to Forward Your Tickets

  1. Log in or click Sign Up.
  2. Click View All Ticket Inventory.
  3. Click the game containing the ticket(s) you would like to forward.
  4. Click Forward.
  5. Select the ticket(s) you would like to forward.
  6. Click Choose Friend.
  7. You may select a friend that you have already sent tickets to in the past, or add a friend by clicking Add Friend.
  8. If adding a friend, enter the recipient's first name, last name and email address and click Create Friend.
  9. Click Forward Tickets.

How to Recall Your Tickets

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click View All Ticket Inventory.
  3. Click the game containing the ticket(s) you would like to recall.
  4. Click Ticket Actions and Recall.
  5. Select the ticket(s) you would like to recall and click Continue.
  6. Confirm you are recalling the correct ticket(s), and confirm you are recalling from the intended recipient.

Season Ticket Holders - Consign-Back Tool

Available for quarter season and up (18+ games) plans
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the menu icon located at the top right corner.
  3. Click My Tickets and Consign-Back.
  4. Select the game(s) and ticket(s) you would like to consign.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Review the ticket(s) you have selected for consignment and click Consign Tickets.
  7. To view your consign-back history, go back to your account home page, open the menu located at the top right corner, click My Tickets and Consign-Back.
  8. If you would like to cancel a pending consign-back request, you can do so by selecting the game(s) and ticket(s) and click Cancel Pending.
  9. To finalize the cancelation, click Cancel Consignments.

NOTE: Only quarter season and up (18+ games) have access to this feature.
