Despite Yamamoto's gem, Jupiter fell Monday night.

The stars were shining on the mound tonight for both Jupiter and Florida as the Fire frogs defeat the Hammerheads 3-2 .
Both starting pitchers went for six innings and tallied up the strikeouts while at it. Florida's starting pitcher Ian Anderson struck out 11 while Jupiter's starting pitcher Jordan Yamamoto was able ring up one more as he struck out 12 batters.
Yamamoto's 12 strikeouts was just one shy of his Hammerhead record 13 which he set in his last home start, which was also against the Fire Frogs. Yamamoto gave up three runs (two earned) in six innings which put a small blemish on his stellar ERA that sits at 1.55 for the season.
Travis Neubeck entered the game for Yamamoto in the seventh and pitched two innings recording one strike out and not allowing a single hit. Esmerling De La Rosa stepped on the mound last for the Hammerheads entering in the ninth inning, striking out two Fire Frogs.
Both of Jupiter's runs came in the bottom of the ninth inning while trailing 3-0. Cameron Baranek doubled with one out and one on which sent Lazaro Alonso home for the first run of the inning. That RBI double was his second hit of the night and made Baranek the only player on either team to record more than one hit.
The Hammerheads second and final run of the night came off the bat of Justin Twine who now has four RBI in the last two games.
