In game 1, Odrisamer Despaigne took the mound for the Hammerheads on an MLB rehab assignment. The night didn't start off well for the right-handed pitcher as Fort Myers Taylor Grzelakowski hit a solo shot in the first inning to take a 1-0 lead.
Mother Nature took control of the game soon after, delaying the game for one hour and thirteen minutes.

Play resumed in the bottom of the first and Jupiter's bats came out swinging. Brian Miller doubled, followed for a two-run home run by Joe Dunand to give the Hammerheads a 2-1 lead.
The Hammerheads would add on another run in the 2nd inning with a Rodrigo Ayarza fielder's choice, scoring Eric Gutierrez to extend the lead to 3-1.
Fort Myers would fight back however, plating a run off an error in the 4th inning to cut the lead to 3-2.
With the double-header consisting of seven inning ball games, Hammerheads closer, Lukas Schiraldi, took the hill for the 7th inning. Having not given up a single run in twelve appearances thus far, that streak ended as the Miracle notched one run to even things up at 3-3 heading into the bottom of the 7th.
With Aaron Knapp pitch running for Roy Morales on first base, Anfernee Seymour sent a deep ball over the left fielders head. Knapp got a great jump on the ball and scored with ease giving Jupiter the 4-3 walk-off win.
In the second game, right-handed pitcher Sam Perez held Fort Myers scoreless through three innings, but surrendered two runs in the 4th inning.
Jupiter quickly answered in their half of the 4th inning. Riley Mahan ripped a liner that landed just inside the right field foul line and rolled to the fence bringing home John Silviano and Gutierrez to tie things up at 2-2.
Aaron Knapp than drove a single to left field to plate Mahan, putting the Hammerheads on top, 3-2. That would be all the Hammerheads needed in this one, taking game and completing the double-header sweep.
The series finale is Thursday, a 10:30 a.m. first pitch at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.
