ADVANCE TICKETS
Threshers tickets purchased in advance start at $7. While in the ballpark, tickets for future games may be purchased at the Customer Service/Advance Tickets window located on the first base side of the main concourse behind Section 106. Also purchase tickets ahead of game day to save at ThreshersBaseball.com.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
The Administrative Offices can be found on the West Side of the ballpark off of Old Coachman Road. The Offices are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and may be reached at 727-712-4400.
ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the ballpark, with the exception of special events and service animals.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
PA and video board announcements can be arranged for a nominal fee by visiting Guest Services behind Section 106 before the end of the second inning.
ATM
The ATM is located on the first base side of the main concourse. We strongly encourage touchless electronic transactions.
BAGS
Bags can be no larger than 16"x16"x8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations. Guests may discard or return the prohibited items to their vehicle.
BATS
Full-size baseball bats are prohibited from entry by guests to the ballpark.
BERM SEATING
Berm seating is limited and ticketed. Blankets are permitted to be brought into the park for berm seating. Chairs, folding chairs, camp chairs, and the like, are not permitted to be brought into the park.
CASHLESS FOOD & BEVERAGE
For a quicker and safer checkout experience, the food & beverage department at BayCare Ballpark is going cashless. Cash will still be accepted at home plate and left field main concession stands, and at Frenchy's Tiki Bar.
CHILD TICKETS
Children 13 and younger qualify for the child's ticket price. For children 4 and younger, please see the BayCare Box Office or a ballpark gate attendant for a complimentary ticket.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Customer Service/Advance Tickets window is located on the first base side of the main concourse behind Section 106. Guests can report problems, check for lost and found items and claim prizes at this location. Tickets for future games may also be purchased here.
DIRECTIONS
From Tampa: Highway 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) West. Cross over Highway 19 and go to the next stoplight (Old Coachman Road). Turn right (North) at Old Coachman Road. Go North through the Drew Street intersection. Stadium will be on right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road
From the North: U.S. Highway 19 South to Drew St. / Gulf to Bay (Highway 60) exit. Turn right onto Drew St. Turn right onto Old Coachman Rd. Stadium will be on the right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road.
From the South: U.S. Highway 19 North to Gulf to Bay Blvd. (Highway 60). Exit Highway 19 at the Gulf to Bay/Highway 60 exit. After exiting, turn left (West) onto Gulf to Bay/Highway 60 and go to the next stoplight (Old Coachman Road). Turn right (North) onto Old Coachman Road. Go North through the Drew Street intersection. Stadium will be on right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road
From the West/Clearwater Beach: Drew Street East approximately 3.5 miles to Old Coachman Road. Turn left (North) onto Old Coachman Road. Stadium will be on the right. 601 N. Old Coachman Road.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Clearwater Threshers have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct.
FIRST AID
The First Aid office is located on the first base side of the main concourse. Guests can either report to this office or contact an usher if in need of medical assistance.
FOOD AND DRINK POLICY
No food, bottles, coolers or cans may be brought into the ballpark. The Threshers reserve the right to search any medical or diaper bags entering the ballpark.
FOUL BALLS
Any foul ball hit into the stands may be kept. Guests are not permitted on the field or to reach into the playing area. Foul balls may be dangerous, so please be alert at all times and aware of the potential hazards.
GATES OPEN
For Phillies Spring Training, gates open at 11 a.m. During Threshers season, BayCare Ballpark gates will open one hour prior to scheduled game time.
HANDICAPPED SEATING
Disabled seating is available all throughout the ballpark. Limited wheelchair seating is available through the ticket office in person or on the telephone. One companion seat is available for purchase with each wheelchair space. An elevator is available for disabled use on the first base side of the stadium (South Parking Lot). Drop-off is available on the West Side of the ballpark (no elevator access here). Please contact an usher for assistance entering and exiting the ballpark.
KIDS ZONE
The left-field concourse features a playground and Kids Zone for our younger guests.
LOST AND FOUND
Located at Customer Service behind Section 106
METAL DETECTORS
All guests are subject to metal detection screening (walk-through units and/or handheld wands) before gaining access to the ballpark. To expedite ballpark entry it is only necessary to remove large metal objects prior. Cell phones, coins, watches, and belts do not have to be removed and bags will always be inspected. A supervisor should be notified if a guest does not wish to walk through a metal detector. Guests with pacemakers should never be hand-wanded. Strollers and wheelchairs will be directed for visual inspection. Guests are encouraged to take prohibited items back to their vehicle. Items left at the gates are not the responsibility of The Threshers.
MILITARY AND VETERAN TICKETS
Active duty military and veterans may purchase a discounted ticket.
PARKING
Click here for more parking info and a BayCare Ballpark parking map. Parking for Threshers summer is $5 for cars, Phillies Spring Training is $18. Handicapped, suites, and season ticket holder parking is in the South lot, off of Drew St. and US 19. General parking is in the grass lot off of Old Coachman Rd. in front of the West gate of the ballpark, and at the Joe DiMaggio Complex at the North/West corner of Drew St. and Old Coachman Rd.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Prohibited items include all weapons, noisemakers, and any other item identified in the Phillies Guest Code of Conduct.

SENIOR TICKETS
Seniors 55+ may purchase discounted tickets.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in most areas of the ballpark. Special smoking sections are marked. Smoking is permitted only on the concourse bridge by the right field foul pole and the Tiki Pavilion in left field.
TEAM STORE
The Threshers Team Store, Diamond Outfitters, is located next to the ballpark's west entry, and features hats, apparel and collectibles to satisfy Threshers fans of all ages. Merchandise available 24 hours a day on-line at ThreshersBaseball.com.
THRESHERS DUGOUT
The Threshers (home) dugout is located on the third base side of the field.
TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The Main Ticket office located near the west entry is open Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm, with extended hours for night and weekend games.

TIKI PAVILION
The Frenchy's Tiki Pavilion is located beyond the left field wall. It features a variety of mixed drinks, beer and wine for guests 21 and over. Seats in this section are first-come, first-serve during Threshers season.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are allowed in BayCare Ballpark. For safety and line of site reasons, we ask that you be considerate the of the guests seated around you.
WEAPONS
Firearms, weapons, knives, tasers and other dangerous or hazardous devices or substances (collectively "weapons") are prohibited at BayCare Ballpark, unless carried by an on-duty police officer or otherwise expressly approved by The Threshers. Anyone bringing such a weapon to the premises must return it to their vehicle immediately.
WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis for our guests needing assistance entering or exiting the ballpark, and during the game. Please visit Customer Services behind section 106.
