MONTGOMERY, AL - The Montgomery Biscuits (20-16) struggled offensively in a 4-1 loss to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos (21-15) on Thursday night at Riverwalk Stadium. The loss snapped a four-game winning streak.

Logan Workman went five innings in his team-leading eighth start. The right-hander took a tough luck loss, allowing two runs on six hits and a walk with six strikeouts.

The Biscuits lone run came in the seventh inning. Carson Williams roped a double to the wall in left field to lead off the inning. After a groundout moved him to third base, Tanner Murray’s sacrifice fly cut the deficit in half at 2-1.

Pensacola got two insurance runs on a homer in the ninth.
