Mobile Ticketing

Access your Sounds Tickets on mobile to use your tickets on game day!

Your mobile wallet is also equipped to help you transfer and resell your tickets with ease.

Access Your Tickets
  1. Click “Access My Tickets” or visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/nashvillesounds.
  2. “Sign In” & Access Your Tickets by using your Ticketmaster Account. New to Ticketmaster? Click “Sign Up” to create an account.
  3. Fans may Transfer or Sell tickets directly through your account.
  4. Only Nashville Sounds Season Ticket Members are eligible to exchange their tickets.

New To Mobile Tickets? Sign Up

Follow these steps to create a Ticketmaster Account:

STEP 1 - Open My Sounds Tickets by clicking the button to the left.

STEP 2 - Click "Sign In" in the top right corner to prompt a pop up window.

STEP 3 - At the bottom, click the area that says "New To Ticketmaster? Sign Up" to create your account.

Follow these steps to create a Ticketmaster Account:

STEP 1 - Open the Sounds Ticket Wallet by clicking the button or wallet above.

STEP 2 - Click "Sign In" in the top right corner to prompt a pop up window.

STEP 3 - At the bottom, click the area that says "New To Ticketmaster? Sign Up" to create your account.

Sell Your Tickets

STEP 1 - Log in to My Account Manager and select "Manage My Tickets."

STEP 2 - Choose 'select an event'.

STEP 3 - Select 'Sell' within the dropdown. (Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be posted for sale).

STEP 4 - Select seats that you wish to sell and once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the post for sale process.

Within minutes, your tickets will be posted on the Nashville Sounds Ticket Exchange. If the ticket is sold, your account will be credited, and your original ticket will no longer be valid.

Note: Do not destroy or discard your original tickets until sale of the tickets has been confirmed.

Transfer Your Tickets

STEP 1 - Log into your Sounds Account Manager and select the event you wish to manage.

STEP 2 - Select the "Transfer to a Friend" option and the seats you wish to transfer.

STEP 3 - Click "Continue" to enter the recipient's information.

Once completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.


Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access at the gate.

If your tickets do not show up in your account, please be sure that you are using the same email address that you purchased tickets with to proceed. For additional troubleshooting, contact the Nashville Sounds Ticket Office at (615) 690-4487.

Using Your Tickets

STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets"

STEP 2

Select the appropriate event ticket

STEP 3

Select seat to access barcode(s)

STEP 4

Display white barcode box upon entry

Transfer Your Tickets

STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets" followed by the appropriate event

STEP 2

Select "MORE" to display a pop up window and then select "TRANSFER".

STEP 3

Indicate the seat/s you are wanting to transfer, then tap CONTINUE

STEP 4

Enter the intended recipients information into the required fields, then select "Transfer" to complete the process.

Once completed, an email invite or text invite will be sent to the recipient to accept your tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.


Sell Your Tickets

STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets" followed by the appropriate event

STEP 2

Select "MORE" to display a pop up window and then select "SELL".

STEP 3

Create your seller profile by filling in the fields. Select "Continue". Then indicate the seat/s you are wanting to sell and select "Continue".

STEP 4

Set a price for your ticket/s using the +/- circles, then click "Continue". Finally, enter the banking information (where you would like to receive your funds) to our secure server,

Easily sell your tickets directly through your Nashville Sounds Account Manager. Your tickets will be posted on the Nashville Sounds Ticket Exchange as Ticketmaster Verified Resale. Ticketmaster Terms and Conditions apply.


Exchange Your Tickets

Before Attempting To Exchange Your Tickets, Consider This....

Eligibility: Only Nashville Sounds Season Ticket Members can exchange tickets. View Memberships and Benefits

How to Exchange: Use the Nashville Sounds Account Manager for the fastest exchange. Tickets can be exchanged for the same or lower price level, based on availability. Any downgrade won’t be credited, and a small balance may be due at checkout due to price code adjustments. However, no added fees are charged for exchanges. Contact your account rep for help.

Unused Tickets: Can be exchanged for Tuesday or Wednesday games through your Account Rep or the First Horizon Park Ticket Office.

New for 2025: Parking passes must match event tickets and be exchanged separately. One parking pass is provided per eligible event.

Exchange Deadline: Exchanges must be made 24 hours in advance and cannot be re-exchanged.


STEP 1

Select "MORE" to display a pop up window and then select "EXCHANGE".

STEP 3

Indicate the seat/s you are wanting to transfer, then select "Continue".

STEP 4

Select the event you are wishing to attend and exchange with your selected tickets.

STEP 5

Select your preferred section based on availability.

STEP 6

Select your preferred seat/s, then select "Add to Cart". Proceed to your cart by clicking the cart icon on the top right. From there, review your selections and summary, then continue to checkout to finalize your exchange.
