Marauders Back Home for Six in a Row

Cardinals and Hammerheads Visit McKechnie Field

Bradenton, Fla. - The Bradenton Marauders kick off a six game home stand on Sunday, June 22, and continues through Friday, June 27. The game on June 22 begins at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 4:00 p.m. The game on Tuesday, June 24 begins at 10:30 a.m. with gates opening at 9:30 a.m. All other week night games begin at 6:30 p.m. with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

Sunday, June 22 is the start of a three-game series against the Palm Beach Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals) on a Family Fun Sunday. All tickets and regular size Kayem hot dogs cost just $1. After the game all kids 12 and younger will have the opportunity to run the bases after the game in the Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic. The Marauders will be getting a visit from the Pirate Parrot, who is sure to add an extra helping of fun to the game.  

Monday, June 23 is a BUYOUT Night presented in partnership with 106.5 WCTQ. Free ticket vouchers are available throughout the Bradenton community and can be printed online at www.BradentonMarauders.com. Vouchers can be redeemed at the McKechnie Field ticket office for free Grandstand and Left Field Bleacher seats. Vouchers can be upgraded to Infield Reserve or Infield Box seats for $2 while supplies last.

Tuesday, June 24 is the first of two Camp Days this summer at McKechnie Field. The Pirate Parrot will be in attendance for a special 10:30 a.m. start. The next Camp Day is Wednesday, July 23. Summer Camp programs interested in special group pricing and lunch at the July 23 game should call 941-747-3031.

The Marauders open a three-game series against the Jupiter Hammerheads (Miami Marlins) on Wednesday, June 25. Thursday, June 26 is a Thirsty Thursday presented by Budweiser and Ticket Sarasota, your ticket to Thirsty Thursdays. Sodas and select draft beers cost just $1. Pooch passes for dog admittance to the game cost $2, with proceeds benefiting the Humane Society of Manatee County.

June 26 is Bark in the Park presented by ABC 7 with supporting partner The New Barker, and it's Adoption Night presented by Bishop Animal Shelter. The first 10 people to adopt a dog at the game will receive a free adoption starter kit. 

Friday, June 27 is Disability Awareness Night at McKechnie Field, as well as a Free Shirt Friday. The first 500 fans will receive a t-shirt that will be perfect for any game featuring Baseball Bingo presented by Jersey Mike's Subs and PLS Print. The script on the shirt is "The Designated Hitter Does NOT participate in Baseball Bingo."

Every Friday home game is also a Happy Hour Friday presented by Pier 22 Restaurant. Between 5:30 and 6:30, 500 free hot dogs will be given away and there will be great drink specials from Kayem and Cheney Brothers.

The Marauders are offering a 10-Ticket Flex Pack in the second half of the season. For $70 fans receive 10 undated ticket vouchers that may be exchanged at any game. As a bonus, the Flex Pack comes with a $10 gift certificate to Pier 22 Restaurant and $10 in Bucs Bucks, which are redeemable at any McKechnie Field concessions stand.

The McKechnie Field ticket office is open on non-gamedays Tuesday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On Monday-Friday gamedays the ticket office is open from noon until the conclusion of the game. The ticket office opens two hours before Saturday, Sunday, and morning games.
