WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Sacramento River Cats are proud to share a detailed schedule for tomorrow's Opening Day ceremonies. The team opens the season tomorrow, Thursday, April 9 against the Salt Lake Bees at 7:05 p.m. at Raley Field. The River Cats have a number of exciting ceremonies and festivities planned for fans prior to and throughout the game.

Early Gates: Gates will open an hour earlier at 5:00 p.m. for tomorrow's game and fans are encouraged to arrive early. Gates will return to their regularly scheduled opening - one hour before first pitch - after Opening Day.

First Pitch: The ceremonial first pitch will be thrown out by legendary San Francisco Giants Hall of Famer and seven-time All-Star, Orlando Cepeda. Cepeda played with the Giants from 1958 to 1966 and was named the Rookie of the Year in '58.

National Anthem: The national anthem will be performed by Senior Airman George R. Brahler II, of the United States Air Force. SrA Brahler II is a member of the Band of the Golden West and will be performing the national anthem on trumpet.

The presentation will take place on the field before the top of the 4th inning.

7th Inning Stretch: SrA Brahler II will return to the field to perform "God Bless America" during the 7th inning stretch.
