AquaSox Seeking Host Families for 2015

 

 

The Everett AquaSox are looking for families interested in the unique opportunity to host a baseball player for the 2015 season. This one-of-a-kind program allows families to provide housing for our players while receiving exciting benefits like free tickets, invites to exclusive events and the chance to build life-long relationships with their players.

As a part of this program, your family will provide the player with a sleeping area (bed, air mattress etc.), access to the bathroom, laundry and kitchen, as well as transportation to and from the field. In exchange, players are responsible for paying rent, as well as buying their own food and gas.

In addition to tangible benefits, Host Families get to know their players personally and help give them the support they need as they work their way through the Mainers minor league system. Many of the players have developed lasting friendships with their host families, and the "home away from home" is immensely helpful in developing their baseball careers.

As some of our players come from the Dominican Republic and Venezuela, there is a need for Spanish speaking households. Please specify your preference on your application.
