Captains to Wear Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Jerseys August 21

Superhero Night will be Friday, August 21 at Classic Park. The Lake County Captains will be wearing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles jerseys, which will be auctioned off after the game to benefit Captains Charities. Fans can bid on the jerseys throughout the game and the winning bidder will have the opportunity to go on the field, meet the player and receive the jersey, following the game.

The Captains will take on the West Michigan Whitecaps, who will be wearing Shredder jerseys that can be purchased online at CargoHoldStore.com.

The Captains will wear the Mikey jersey (picture above), as determined by a fan vote that took place from Monday, June 22 to Thursday, June 25 via Facebook.

There will be a limited number of VIP Pizza Party tickets available that will feature a pizza party and a private meet and greet with all four of the turtles that will be on hand. VIP tickets can be purchased online using special offer code: TMNT. VIP package includes: raffle ticket for a chance to win a TMNT themed jersey, pizza party, meet and greet and box seat ticket for the game. Turtle ticket comes with a box seat and raffle ticket to for a chance to win a TMNT themed jersey.

All Fans will have the opportunity to take photos on the concourse with the turtles. There will be a limited number of Captains/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hats and apparel for purchase that night in the Cargo Hold. 

During the game, the Captains will feature Turtles video clips and trivia will be played.
