Today's Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Lake County Captains (affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) in a suspended game doubleheader that will conclude a three-game set. 

Last Game: Suspended in middle of sixth inning with Dayton leading Lake County, 1-0. Highlights: Avain Rachal's two-out infield single in the top of the sixth broke the scoreless tie…The game was stopped due to rain before Lake County could bat in the bottom of the sixth.

Today's Dragons Starting Pitcher: Wyatt Strahan is a 22-year-old native of Villa Park, California. Strahan was the Reds third round draft pick in 2014 out of the University of Southern California. He was rated as the #23 prospect in the Reds organization and #8 prospect in the Pioneer League by Baseball America after the 2014 season. Strahan spent three seasons at USC, posting a career record with Trojans of 13-11 with 2.73 ERA in 51 appearances (27 starts). As a junior in 2014, he went 6-5, 3.28 in 15 starts to earn All Pac 12 honors. Last Start: Thursday at South Bend: Win, 6.2 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 BB, 4 SO. Notes: Over Strahan's last 11 starts, he has posted a 2.13 ERA, allowing a total of 17 earned runs in 71.2 innings. His record over those 11 starts is 3-5. Two of the losses were 1-0 games.

• Shed Long has hit safely in 12 straight games, batting .314 during the streak. He has become the sixth Dragons player to post a hitting streak of at least 10 games in 2015.
