Captains Introduce "Baseball for All Clinic" For Girls Ages 9-13
(Eastlake, OH) - The Lake County Captains, Midwest League affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, are proud to announce that they will be hosting a Baseball for All Clinic Sunday, February 28 from 11AM-1PM at Classic Park. The clinic, which is for girls ages 9-13, will take place in the Captains Indoor Batting Cage Facility.
Justine Siegal, a Hawken High School alumnus and Cleveland native, will be running the camp. Justine was the first female ever to coach a Major League baseball team (Oakland A's instructional league). Justine also was the first female to throw batting practice to a Major League team when she completed the task for the Cleveland Indians in 2011.
