Roster Move: Chang, Peralta Promoted to Louisville

PENSACOLA, Fla., - The Cincinnati Reds have announced the following roster change for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos prior to tonight's game against the Chattanooga Lookouts.

·         Ray Chang, INF, promoted to Louisville

·         Wandy Peralta, LHP, promoted to Louisville

·         El'Hajj Muhammad, RHP, promoted from Daytona

Chang, 32, is batting .245 this season for Pensacola with a double, nine RBIs and three runs in 15 games. He last played for Louisville in 2014.

Peralta, 24, has made 13 appearances for the Blue Wahoos this season and is 0-1 with a 3.06 ERA. The southpaw has only walked three batters while striking out 20. This will mark his first Triple-A appearance.

Muhammad, 24, started the season in Pensacola before being sent to Daytona. Muhammad was 1-0 with s 2.57 ERA in six appearances for the Blue Wahoos. He was 0-0 with a 7.71 ERA in four relief showings for the Tortugas.

The Pensacola Blue Wahoos have 24 active players on the roster.
