VOTE - In BlueClaws Bobblection on September 1st (Plus the Phillie Phanatic)

LAKEWOOD, NJ - Election Day isn't until November, but you can vote at the BlueClaws game on Thursday, September 1st.

The BlueClaws are participating in the national Bobblection promotion where Minor League Baseball fans can "vote" with bobbleheads. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will get to pick their bobblehead - there are 500 Donald Trump bobbleheads and 500 Hillary Clinton bobbleheads.

Bobbleheads will be handed out when the gates open at 6:00 pm. All fans will enter through the third base gate until the bobblehads are all handed out. The first bobblehead to run out will be the "winner," with results submitted as part of the national Bobblection.

Plus, the Phillie Phanatic will be here entertaining fans during the game (his appearance is a make-up from a rainout earlier in the season).

The entire night will be a Salute to Voting. In the days leading up to the game on BlueClaws social media channels, fans can "vote" in special elections relating to the game:

• BlueClaws jerseys: Red, White, or Blue
• BlueClaws food items on sale: Hot Dog, Popcorn
• Dance-Cam Song: Born in the USA, American Girl, Party in the USA

Thirsty Thursday - This is also the final Thirsty Thursday of the season with dollar beer and soda plus 50-cent wings in the Coors Light WRAT Trap from Quaker Steak & Lube.
