Papillion, Neb. - A three-run homer in the first inning got the Omaha Storm Chasers on the scoreboard quickly and they continued to roll in a 10-1 win against the Oklahoma City Dodgers Friday night at Werner Park.
The Storm Chasers handed the Dodgers their most lopsided loss since a 13-3 defeat July 6 against Iowa, taking the finale of a five-game set between the teams and winning the series, 4-1.

Omaha outhit Oklahoma City, 17-7, Friday night as the Storm Chasers batted 17-for-38 in the game and six players finished with multi-hit nights.
The Dodgers (66-59) have now dropped six of their last nine games and been held to one or no runs in four of their last eight games.
The Storm Chasers (61-65) grabbed the game's first lead in the first inning. Ramón Torres and Raul Mondesi hit back-to-back singles to lead off before Paulo Orlando sent a three-run homer to left-center field to put Omaha on top, 3-0.
The Dodgers had chances to get on the scoreboard soon after.
In the second inning, the Dodgers loaded the bases when Max Muncy reached on an Omaha fielding error with two outs, but Omaha starting pitcher Brian Flynn got Bobby Wilson to strike out to end the inning.
With runners at first and third base with one out in the third inning and aided by two Omaha errors, Flynn got Alex Verdugo to ground into a double play to keep Omaha's three-run lead preserved.
Omaha then added to its lead in the third inning.
After back-to-back groundouts put two outs on the scoreboard, Hunter Dozier and Dean Anna hit consecutive singles. Then with runners at second and third base, a wild pitch by Dodgers starting pitcher Justin Masterson brought home Omaha's fourth run of the night. Billy Burns followed with a RBI single to push Omaha's lead to 5-0.
Kyle Farmer got the Dodgers on the scoreboard in the fourth inning, leading off with his seventh homer of the season out to left-center field to cut Omaha's lead to 5-1. But that would end up as the Dodgers' only run of the night.
The Storm Chasers tacked on a run in the fifth inning. Frank Schwindel singled and Dozier doubled with one out. Anna followed with a RBI groundout to extend Omaha to a 6-1 advantage.
Back-to-back doubles by Orlando and Jorge Soler gave the Storm Chasers a 7-1 lead in the seventh inning. Soler advanced to third base on a wild pitch, then scored on a passed ball by catcher Farmer for an 8-1 lead.
A two-run single by Schwindel in the eighth inning, on a grounder to right field, brought in two more runs to extended Omaha to a 10-1 advantage.
Masterson (10-6) tied his career high with 13 hits allowed, matching his 13-hit mark from July 30, 2010 while he played for the Cleveland Indians at Toronto. Masterson also allowed a season-high eight runs Friday for his highest run total allowed since also giving up eight runs Aug. 30, 2012 while playing for Cleveland against Oakland.
Reliever Jake Newberry (1-1) pitched 2.1 scoreless innings for Omaha and was credited with the win. He and Kevin Lenik combined to hold the Dodgers scoreless over the final five frames and retire the final 13 Oklahoma City batters of the game. Lenik picked up his second save with Omaha.
The Dodgers continue their road trip and next open a pivotal four-game series against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox at 7 p.m. Saturday at Security Service Field.
The second-place Dodgers are chasing the American Northern Division-leading Sky Sox in the PCL standings. The winners of each of the PCL's four divisions advance to the playoffs.
