Binghamton, NY - The Binghamton Rumble Ponies (75-49) beat the Portland Sea Dogs (59-65) twice on Sunday, 1-0 and 4-3 at NYSEG Stadium. Binghamton delivered a walk-off hit in both games, and swept the four-game series from Portland.

Recap from Saturday's Suspended Game
RF Kevin Kaczmarski nailed a walk-off RBI double with one out, giving Binghamton a 1-0 win in eight innings. The game was suspended on Saturday after a two-hour rain delay and resumed on Sunday in the top of the fourth.
Tim Peterson (5-3) worked two scoreless on one hit to earn the win. Ty Buttrey (1-4) faced three batters and took the loss for Portland. Binghamton's Drew Smith retired all eight batters, including seven straight strikeouts to finish his outing.
Portland had just five hits, receiving two singles from Henry Urrutia.
Game 2
The Rumble Ponies scored three times off Bobby Poyner in the seventh inning, giving Poyner his first loss of the year. The 'Dogs led 3-1, but RBIs from Oberste and David Thompson set the stage. Kevin Taylor nailed a two-out, walk-off single down the right-field line. Poyner had his toughest Double-A outing, allowing three runs over 1.1 innings.
Portland took a 3-0 lead in the first inning off Corey Oswalt (10-5). Jeremy Barfield crushed a three-run homer, his 23rd big fly of the season. Oswalt went the distance, firing 6.2 scoreless after Barfield's homer.
RHP Teddy Stankiewicz took a no-decision, firing 5.1 innings on one run and seven strikeouts.
 
Portland shifts their roadtrip to Trenton, New Jersey on Monday night, opening up a three-game series with the Thunder (Yankees affiliate). LHP Dedgar Jimenez (4-0, 2.83) takes on RHP Brody Koerner (4-3, 4.25) at Arm & Hammer Park with a 7:00 PM first pitch.
