How To Plan and Promote Your Event
- We will provide invitations & promotional material to help you prepare your guests for a memorable time at the ballpark.
- Send "save the date" email or mailer 6 to 8 weeks before your event date.
- Start gathering RSVP's from your group members 4 weeks prior to your event date.
- Our event planners will reach out 2 weeks before your event to finalize details including: number of tickets, menu options & special requests.
- Make any additional ticket / inventory orders 2 weeks prior to your event.
- DAY OF EVENT - Just show up! Our event planners will take care of everything. Sit back & enjoy the event YOU put together!
