What is a Digital Box Office?
The Sugar Land Space Cowboys host a fully digital ticketing process. This not only helps the environment but gives more power to the fans. With full access to your tickets, you have the ability to forward, exchange and view your tickets anywhere you have access to the internet. Do you take cash?
We do not accept cash for individual ticket purchases. We do accept all cards and checks.

- Go to slspacecowboys.com.
- In the top navigation menu, hit 'Tickets & Memberships' and then 'My Space Cowboys Tickets.'
- Hit the blue 'Sign Up' button just below the login fields.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email/password you'd like to be associated with your account.
- Hit the 'Sign Up' button at the bottom of your screen.
NOTE: Your Tickets.com username will be the email you used during sign up.
- Go to slspacecowboys.com.
- Find 'Tickets & Memberships' in the navigation menu and click 'My Space Cowboys Tickets.'
- Log in or click sign up (if this is your first time accessing your account).
- Click 'View Tickets.'
- Log in or click 'Sign Up' if this is your first time accessing your account.
- Click on the menu icon in the top right corner. Click 'My Tickets' and then click 'Vouchers.'
- Click on your voucher package, individual vouchers or enter your voucher code.
- Select 'Voucher Actions' and then click 'Redeem.'
- Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem and click 'Continue.'
- Proceed through the game date, seat selection and checkout process.
- Log in or click 'Sign Up' if this is your first time accessing your account.
- Click on 'View All Inventory.'
- Select the game containing the tickets you would like to forward.
- Click 'Ticket Actions' at the bottom of your screen and select 'Forward.'
- Select the tickets you'd like to send to someone else (you don't have to email every ticket from that order, only the ones you'd like someone else to have access to). After you've selected the tickets, click 'Choose A Friend.'
- You may select a friend from whom you have already sent tickets to or add a friend by hitting the blue 'Add Friend' button at the bottom.
- Enter your friend's first name, last name and email address then select the blue 'Create Friend' button.
- Click the 'Forward Tickets' button.
- You and your friend will receive an email confirming that the tickets have been forwarded from your account to theirs.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on 'View All Inventory.'
- Select the game containing the tickets you would like to recall.
- Click the 'Ticket Actions' button at the bottom of your screen. Then click 'Recall.'
- Once you have selected the ticket(s) you would like to recall, click the 'Continue' button.
- Confirm you are recalling the correct tickets by reviewing the event at the top of the screen. Also confirm you are recalling tickets from the intended recipient.
- Your screen will refresh and display a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully recalled your tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets can be recalled at any time unless the tickets have been listed for resale or resold.
- Log in to your account.
- Click 'Consign-Back.'
- Select the game(s) and ticket(s) you are wanting to consign tickets for.
- Click 'Continue.'
- Review the tickets you have selected for consignment and click 'Consign Tickets' to proceed.
- To view your consign-back history, go back to your account home page, open the menu located at the top right corner of the page, click 'My Tickets' and click 'Consign-Back' from the dropdown.
- If you would like to cancel a pending consign-back request, you can do so by selecting the game(s) and ticket(s) and click 'Cancel Pending.'
- To finalize the cancellation, click 'Cancel Consignments.'
NOTE: Only full season, half season and 25-game plans have access to this feature.
