By attending baseball games at Cheney Stadium, the ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game, and all other activities, promotions or events at Cheney Stadium before, during or after the game ("Game Events") including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by equipment, objects or persons entering spectator areas ("Risks"), and further acknowledges that attendance at the game and Game Events is voluntary, and hereby releases, to the furthest extent permitted by law, the Baseball Club of Tacoma, LLC d/b/a Tacoma Rainiers (the "Tacoma Rainiers") and all entities and affiliates associated with Minor League Baseball ("MiLB") and Major League Baseball ("MLB"), together with their respective agents, players, officers, employees and owners for injuries or loss of personal property resulting from such Risks or any incidents associated with crowds of people. If the ticket holder is accompanying a minor(s) to the game, by allowing the minor(s) to attend the game with the ticket holder, the ticket holder is deemed to have given all of the foregoing releases and waivers on behalf of such minor(s). If the ticket holder does not wish to, or is not authorized to, grant such releases and waivers on behalf of the accompanied minor(s), the ticket holder should immediately accompany the minor(s) out of Cheney Stadium. The ticket holder and any accompanying minor(s) are admitted to Cheney Stadium on the condition that the ticket holder consents to the releases contained herein.
Cheney Stadium is ADA accessible. ADA seats are for ADA guests only; Each ADA guest may be accompanied by up to (3) guests in the ADA section, but all guests must have ADA ticket for the specific section. Guests may enter the ballpark at any of the gates. Accessible seating is available and may be purchased in-person at the Box Office or online at Tickemaster.com. Elevators are available for guests on the Left Field Deck, Party Decks, Summit Club, and Suite levels. All R Yard seats are Accessible. It is highly encouraged that Accessible seating be purchased prior to the game date as all Accessible seats are subject to availability.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from Cheney Stadium. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold to persons under the age of 21. Limit two (2) drinks per person per purchase. No one is allowed to carry more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at one time. The Tacoma Rainiers and Ivars Sports Group reserve the right to use precautionary limits at any time. Alcohol purchases will end at the middle of the 7th inning for 9 inning games, and at the top of the 5th inning for game two of double headers.
Cheney Stadium does not accept vertical or digital IDs.
Fans may gather at the top of both dugout entrances before and after the game. We ask all fans to return to their seats once the umpires step to Homeplate for the exchange of lineups. Autographs are at the discretion of players & for their safety please do not approach players or coaches as they walk throughout the concourse.
Baby Changing Tables are located in all restrooms at the ballpark. In addition, Cheney Stadium offers a family restroom behind Section L on the concourse.
All bags are subject to search prior to entry of stadium.
All bags and purses must be CLEAR and 12”x12”x6” or smaller. Small clutch bags or wallets, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with a clear bag. For the safety of our fans all bags and purses are subject to search by stadium personnel. Medical and diaper bags are permitted following a full security search.
A grass berm ticket is required for this area and is available for purchase on the day of the game. Fans are welcome to bring blankets and towels to sit on, but lawn chairs are not allowed in the park.
League rules prohibit outside food or drink. Only water in sealed, clear plastic bottles or empty single water bottles may be brought into Cheney Stadium. There will not be any hard or soft sided coolers accepted.
Cheney Stadium remains a cashless facility and only accepts card as a form of payment for tickets, parking, concessions, and at the Cheney Team Store.
Still cameras are welcome in the ballpark, but tripods are not allowed (unless used by media personnel). All media activity must first be communicated and approved by Rainiers staff. Video taping and reproduction is strictly prohibited without express prior written consent from the Tacoma Rainiers.
The Customer Service Booth is located on the main concourse behind the home plate Box Office.
Ivars Sports Group is the official food service provider for the Tacoma Rainiers. Concession stands are located on both the first-base side and third-base side of the main concourse, with candy, ice cream, and beer portables located throughout.

The revocable license granted to guests by game or event tickets to guests will be terminated, and ejection, detention or arrest may result for violating any law or any policy of the Tacoma Rainiers, MiLB or MLB, including, entering or throwing anything on the playing field, offensive language, disruptive behavior, obscene or indecent clothing, appearing intoxicated or impaired, or any other actions that interfere with other guests' game experience and/or ability to enjoy the game or event. No tickets may be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any existing law or regulation. No tickets shall be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes), or for other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Tacoma Rainiers. A ticket is only good for the particular game or event indicated and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the non-use of the ticket for the particular game or event. All games and events and all other activities, promotions or events at Cheney Stadium before, during or after the game or event, including but not limited to, pyrotechnic displays or other promotions, are subject to cancellation and no part of the ticket purchase price will be refunded in the event of such cancellation. All ticket holders are encouraged to visit www.tacomarainiers.com for a complete explanation of entry and exit privileges during a game and any ticket refund and exchange policy.
On site EMS service is available to all guests. If in need, please contact any Tacoma Rainiers employee. The unit is located behind the Right Field Berm on the extreme first-base side of the concourse.
Guests are asked to exit Cheney Stadium through the designated exits located on the concourse level and Left Field gate. No alcohol is allowed to leave the stadium for any reason. During the game, fans are permitted to leave Cheney Stadium and return once they have obtained a hand stamp from Customer Service (located behind the home plate box office). In the event of an emergency, please follow directions given by Tacoma Rainiers personnel. All exit points will be promptly opened.

Each guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include, but are not limited to, being injured by objects, such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise that are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, video wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

Monday through Wednesday, Cheney Stadium gates typically open one (1) hour prior to first pitch unless otherwise determined by the Tacoma Rainiers. Thursday through Sunday, gates will open ninety (90) minutes prior to first pitch.
Some flashing light sequences from entertainment and videoboard may cause discomfort for photosensitive fans.
During games, guests may inquire about lost and found items at Customer Service. To inquire about lost and found items after a game, guests may email [email protected] with a brief description of item(s) lost, please include day of game and contact information. The Tacoma Rainiers reserve the right to discard, donate or otherwise dispose of any item left at Cheney Stadium. The Rainiers are not responsible for items left or lost in the ballpark.

Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before and during games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from the ballpark and be subject to arrest.
Rainiers fans, please note that the access between the Left Field parking lot and the Home Plate parking will now be closed to all traffic. Parking along curbsides and entrances will no longer be permitted. Walking between the two lots will also be prohibited on Fridays due to Fireworks._
The Tacoma Rainiers highly encourages fans to arrive as close to game time to ensure the best parking availability. Parking Passes & Parking Vouchers must be presented to a parking attendant in order to be directed to the appropriate parking area (General Admission Parking is subject to availability).

Pets are not permitted inside Cheney Stadium; however, service animals are allowed into all areas of of the stadium where the general public is allowed – this includes dining and eating areas, restrooms, and areas where food is sold. If an animal exhibits disruptive, poor or unsanitary behavior, it would not be considered a trained service animal, and may be asked to leave the stadium. A service animal may also be asked to leave if it creates a risk of harm (actual, not speculative).
A service animal is defined, by the ADA, as a dog that is individually trained to do work or preform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.

If an official game is not played, any ticket for that game may be used as a rain check. A game is considered official if the home team is leading after 4.5 innings, if the game is tied after 5 innings, or if the visiting team is leading after 5 innings. The rain check can be exchanged at any box office window for a ticket of equal or lesser value (subject to availability). If the originally scheduled game was a Monday-Thursday game, the ticket can only be exchanged for another Monday-Thursday regular season game. If the originally scheduled game was a Friday-Sunday game, the ticket can be exchanged for any regular season game. All ticket exchanges are only for regular season games, played at Cheney Stadium, during the current season with the exception of July 3rd and the year's final regular season game. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the Tacoma Rainiers Box Office. Tickets for official games which are suspended after becoming official contests do not qualify as rain checks.
Restrooms are located on the main concourse along the first base and third base sides of the park. A single occupant/family restroom is also located on the main concourse, adjacent to the Grounds Brew stand.
In addition, for fans visiting the suite and club levels, there are restrooms located on the second and third floors to the left of the elevators.
Guests may sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests are required to adhere to staff if asked to show their ticket stub. General admission areas such as R Yard are available for seating on a first come, first serve basis.
Smoking is prohibited at Cheney Stadium. Pierce County law prohibits smoking of any kind at a City of Tacoma facility. This includes electronic or vaporized methods of smoking. If a guest wishes to smoke, they must exit out the gates after receiving a re-entry stamp from Customer Service.
Stroller parking is located on the third base side of the concourse near R Haus Brats. Guests are liable for leaving their strollers unattended. Strollers are not permitted to be left in the seating bowl
Cheney Stadium has 16 luxury suites complete with indoor/outdoor seating, cable TV, intimate food and beverage service, and a personal suite attendant. Suites are also available for lease. For more information, click HERE or contact the Tacoma Rainiers Sales Department at (253) 752-7707.
The Cheney Stadium team store is located next to the home plate entrance of Cheney Stadium and is open year-round.

The main Ticket Office is located on the south (front) side of the ballpark behind home plate. In addition, we offer a small box office outside the Left Field entrance. Please note, any Will Call tickets must be picked up at the home plate Box Office.

Game tickets are the property of the Tacoma Rainiers and may not be sold or distributed within stadium limits without the express prior written consent of the management of the Tacoma Rainiers. Attempted or actual resale of tickets at any price is prohibited at Cheney Stadium. Management of the Tacoma Rainiers reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed.
Small umbrellas are allowed in Cheney Stadium at the discretion of Tacoma Rainiers management. At any time, management may ask for an umbrella to be put away if it is causing a line of sight issue or hindering another guests' experience at the ballpark.
Birthdays, Groups, and Celebrations may be announced on the Rainiers Video Board during games. Click the button below to submit a request or for more information.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Cheney Stadium. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. All guests entering the ballpark for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Guests failing to comply with foregoing may be denied admittance or removal at the sole and absolute discretion of the Tacoma Rainiers with no refunds or exchanges permitted. The Rainiers are not responsible for any unclaimed items checked in at the gates.
