Addison Church

Addison is a first year cheerleader for the Pelicans’ cheer team. She loves to dance, tumble and swim. Addison also enjoys drawing and crafts. She is kind and caring and loves her family and friends! Addison is so excited to have fun and make new friends during the season! Go Pelicans!

Addison Moore

Addison loves to cheer and this is her first year as a Pelican’s cheerleader. She is outgoing and always has a positive attitude. She is a straight A student and enjoys school. She has done gymnastics since she was little. She has also taken ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and Pom before switching over to cheerleading. She currently cheers on the Junior Cheer team at her school and takes tumbling lessons. She is excited to be a part of the Pelican’s Cheer team this year!

Angelina Morrison

Angelina is a Second year cheerleader for the Pelicans' cheer team. She loves swimming, dancing and animals. She has been swimming for the North Myrtle Beach Dolphins swim team for the last four years. Angelina is a good student and always up for trying new things. She is sweet, smart, quiet and funny. She is a great big sister and a good friend to all and loves helping others.

Anna Silva Almeida

This is Anna's first year on the Pelicans’ cheer team and she's so excited! Anna has been doing cheer ever since five years old. She loves cheer, she enjoys every second of it and has improved so much over the years. Anna is a happy and loving girl who loves hanging out with her family and friends!

Ashlyn Woodward

Ashlyn is a laid back, kind natured, hard working, Honor Roll student who loves to cheer, surf, skateboard, bake, boat ride on the river, and spend time with her friends and family. Ashlyn started gymnastics at six years old and soon later discovered her love for cheerleading. She has been cheering the past four years and is thrilled to now have the opportunity to cheer for and contribute to the Pelican’s Dance and Cheer Team.

Avery Moore

Avery loves to cheer and this is her first year as a Pelican’s cheerleader. She is a straight A student and she loves to read. She is very driven and always puts forth her best effort. She has done gymnastics since she was little. She has also taken ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and Pom before switching over to to cheerleading. She currently cheers on the Cheer Squad at her school and takes tumbling lessons. She is excited to be a part of the Pelican’s Cheer team this year!

Briella Near

Briella is happy, caring, and loves to make new friends. Briella excels at archery and has won a few competitions. She loves video games, reading adventure books, and has recently joined a local swim team. This is Briella's second year as a Pelican Cheerleader. She is excited to cheer on the Pelicans again this year and for many more years to come!

Carter Jean "CJ" Cook

C.J. Is a sweet sassy little princess, she loves makeup, going to church, going to watch the Pelicans play, going to the beach, dressing up, and playing with her friends. She has taken ballet for three years now and Loves it! She says that she's always wanted to be a cheerleader and now her dreams have true! This will be her second year and she can't wait to be out there cheering on her team!

Charlotte Baisden

Charlotte is the most vibrant little diva around. She loves playing sports with her sisters, but her greatest love is cheerleading. This is her second year with Myrtle Beach Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team and the Myrtle Beach Allstars. In her spare time she loves spending time with her sisters, her friends and swimming. Charlotte Chenier

This is Charlotte’s first year on the Pelicans’ cheer team and she couldn’t be more excited! She has been in gymnastics since she was two years old. She is a sweet girl who loves playing with make up and hanging out with her friends!

Chloe Baisden

Chloe is a loving and energetic little girl. She enjoys softball, cheerleading gymnastics and dancing. In her spare time, she loves playing with her sisters and swimming. She has been a recreational and All-star cheerleader. She is very proud and excited to be a sixth-year member on the Myrtle Beach pelicans cheer and dance team. Go Pelicans!

Ella Tew

Ella is in Middle School, where her favorite subject is Science, she is a member of the National Jr. Beta Club, and is a member of the school basketball team, that holds the Horry County Championship Title for the 2022-2023 season. She loves the outdoors and playing sports. She also plays softball. This past spring got to play softball for her cluster's high school, and who were undefeated in the 2023 season. In her free time you will find her surfing, ridign dirt bikes, or just hanging around with her friends and family, especially her Papa and her dog. Ella is a proud member of the Myrtle Beach Pelican Cheer Team, returning for her seventh year! Go Pelicans!

Ellie Horan

Ellie is excited for her first season on the Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team! Ellie enjoys cheerleading, dancing, tumbling and singing karaoke. She has a kind heart, loves her family, friends, and all animals. In her free time she loves to swim, ride her bike, go to the beach, and read. She is looking forward to cheering on the Pelicans this season!

Emberlynn Fesperman

Emberlynn has been dancing for six years, doing jazz, tap, acro, musical theater, and Ballet. She is in RAD level four this year and has won both bronze and silver medals. She loves narwhals, elephants, and spiders and her favorite food is watermelon. She is a girly girl who loves the color pink and really enjoys cheerleading. This is Emberlynn's second year as a Pelican Cheerleader and loves being in front of a crowd performing!

Estella Newman

Estella is “DETERMINED”, that is the best word to describe her. Estella is a vibrant, bubbly girl that absolutely loves to dance. Estella is a competitive dancer and has been dancing since she was two years old. Estella is a regional title holder and placed 2nd overall recently at nationals. Estella was diagnosed with a form of epilepsy at the age of 4, but has never let this get in the way of reaching her goals. Estella has three brothers and loves pizza, her Pit Bull, and the Beach. This is her 2nd year as a pelicans cheerleader and she is so excited to be back cheering with the team. Go Pelicans!

Everly Young

Everly has non-stop energy and is going from the moment her feet hit the floor in the morning until the moment her head hits the pillow. She is kind and loves to be a great friend. She encourages and shares positive affirmations with everyone she meets. Everly loves to sing, dance and entertain. She has been dancing since the age of three. Her passion for dance has grown and she now competes as a member of the Nxt LvL Dance Experience. She has also performed in many shows at the the Pied Piper Youth Theater Group. Her favorite role was playing Chip in Beauty and the Beast. In addition to dance and theater, this is Everly’s first year as Myrtle Beach Pelicans Cheerleader. She has always enjoyed attending games in the summer with her family but this year she is excited to share her energy and enthusiasm with the crowd. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, going to the beach and driving her three older brothers crazy.

Gabriella Torosian

Gabriella is a fashionista that is always dressed to perfection and organized. She loves make up, jewlery and purses. She enjoys cheerleading, singing, swimming, horseback riding, being on stage and traveling .She is very sincere and kind with a very strong personally and clever mind. Gabriella loves to be the leader in anything she does, she was born to be an inteupreneur and is always saying that she will provide people jobs when she grows up. This is Gabriella's first year as a Pelican Cheerleader and is super excited about it.

Gia Krempasky

Gia is in her last year of Elementary School. She enjoys cheering for the Pelicans, Her school, and Myrtle Beach All Stars Cheerleading. She likes to draw and is a super happy kid. She is super excited for her first year as a Myrtle Beach Pelican Cheerleader.

Hazelei Henderson

Hazelei is a sweet, spunky, and athletic outgoing girl. She loves playing basketball, softball and football with her friends. She loves art and is always making new friends, wherever she goes. Hazelei has two big dogs that she loves playing with. She loves the ocean, swimming, and anything to do with being outdoors or sports. She is very excited about being apart of the Pelican Cheer Team for another year.

Iris Jade Rodrigues

Iris is a very energetic little bunny. She is very sweet, sassy and absolutely fearless. She loves gymnastics, swimming, riding her bike and playing with her siblings. She loves making new friends and playing pretend with her dolls. Iris loves anything colorful and sparkly. She has the heart of a mermaid and a heart of gold. She is very happy and proud to be able to cheer for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans!

Ivey Hansen

Ivey is a first year cheerleader for the Pelicans' cheer team. Ivey is a very energetic, goofy, fun loving, kind kid. She loves dancing, singing , volleyball, pickleball, ping pong, swimming and biking! Ivey loves being a prankster, telling jokes and entertaining people. Ivey has a Lion head bunny and four dogs which she helps take care of and loves to play with. Ivey enjoys being part of a team and always strives to be better, making her a great addition to the Pelicans cheer team! GO PELICANS!

Jessie Moran

Jessie is a first year cheerleader for the Pelicans' cheer team. She loves acting, dancing and singing. She is an "A" Honor Roll Student and her favorite subject is Math. She is the best little sister, and has two black labs that she adores. She fills her world with laughter and sass, and yet she has such a big heart and cares for all. She can't wait for this season and is excited to cheer on the Pelicans Baseball team.

Jordyn Wood

Jordyn is an Honor Roll student and cheerleader for her school. She loves school and plans to become a teacher when she grows up. In her free time, she enjoys gymnastics and learning new things. Jordyn and her family are extremely proud of her accomplishments, her dedication to learning, and her love for cheerleading! This is Jordan's first year on the Myrtle Beach Pelican's Cheer Team and she is so excited about it! Go Pelicans!

Liliauna Guss

Liliuana is full of love and energy. She loves helping and is looking forward to serving the community. Her passions include: singing, dancing, Disney, Universal Studios, tubing, boating, jet skiing, traveling, and being with her friends. This is her first year on the Pelicans Cheer Team. She is looking forward to the season. Go Pelicans!

Lily Alexander Larson

Lily is in middle school and a consistent straight-A student. She loves performing and is a multi-year member and performer with a local Myrtle Beach theatre. Lily is excited for her second year as a Pelican Cheerleader alongside her younger sister, Lyric and also enjoys participating in gymnastics. She relishes in traveling and her slight obsession with Harry Potter naturally makes Universal Studios her favorite place to visit.

Lincoln Cook

Lincoln is the oldest sibling out of the three. She has the biggest heart, she is always kind and makes friends where ever she goes. Lincoln loves going to church, going to the beach, going to the waterpark, arts/crafts, music, animals, playing with her friends, dance, and watching the Pelicans play. Lincoln plays basketball for the church team, she has played Tball for third years, and has taken ballet for five years now. She is a very gifted and talented young lady. This will be her second year on the cheer squad and she is super excited to be out on the field representing her favorite home team!

Lyric Alexander Larson

Lyric is in Elementary school and is a consistent honor-roll student. She loves performing and is a multi-year member and performer with a local Myrtle Beach theatre. Lyric is excited for her second year as a Pelican Cheerleader alongside her older sister, Lily. She dreams of becoming a professional cheerleader and actress one day. Like her older sister, Lyric obsesses about all things Harry Potter, making Universal her favorite place to visit!

Maci Krempasky

Maci is in Elementary School and she loves everything about school. She enjoys gymnastics class and she loves to swim. Maci is a kind and sweet girl, and loves everyone. She is really exicted about her first year as a Myrtle Beach Pelican Cheerleader.

Madelyn Corbett

Madelyn is a sixth year member of the Pelicans Cheer and Dance team. She is an energetic child who likes to keep busy. She loves golfing, swimming, and horseback riding. She is part of the First Tee program and looks forward to some day being in the LPGA. She has also got an eye for art and spends downtime drawing. She is part of her local church's Awana club. She is a great student and loves to learn and is an avid reader. She is most looking forward to making new friends and helping with community service.

Marley McLaurin

Marley is a free spirited, outgoing, Honor Roll Student. She prides herself on being kind to everyone, is devoted to community service and runs her own Charity organization, THE BETTER TOGETHER INITIATIVE and is a Youth Advocate for a national anti-bullying nonprofit, Free2Luv. Marley has been recognized by the mayor, the Governor and the President for her work in the community and in 2020 she was named South Carolina's top middle school aged volunteer. Marley presented a TEDTalk at Coastal Carolina University. She loves to sing and dance, she has performed regularly at Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and Legends in Concert. She also has performed with Michael Franti & Spearhead and has opened for Nickelodeon's Reed Shannon and The Temptations' Louis Price. Marley can be seen locally in ads for the SC Children's Museum, Sparkles, Broadway at the Beach, the Simpsons 4D and Barefoot Landing. In addition to cheering, she also plays basketball, soccer and volleyball and she is a member of the Surf Dreams Foundation surf team. She enjoys tumbling, cooking, swimming and spending time with friends and family. Marley is excited to be a eighth year member of the Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team and is excited for a great season with her friends!

Mikayla Torosian

Mikayla is a very easy going and social girl with very timid heart. Loves to make new friends and loves to spend time with her sisters. Mikayla is always full of energy, she is a risk taker and is always on the go. Mikayla spends more time upside down doing hand stands, cartwheels, and backflips into the pool than walking. She enjoys crafting, legos and Art. She also loves rollercoasters and go-carting. Her favorite activities are cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, surfing, skiing, performing and traveling. This is Mikayla's first year as a Pelican Cheerleader and is super excited about it.

Nicole Whyland

Nicole loves singing, dancing, golfing, surfing, and girls scouts. She also loves being a member of a softball Team, Awana club, and cheerleading. Nicole models and acts; some credits include: Starz's Hightown, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Sparkles Boutique, and more. Nicole loves trying new things and being outgoing; she especially loves spending time with her family and friends. Nicole is thrilled to be a eight-year member of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team!

Pepper Pinkerton

Pepper is a first year cheerleader for the Pelican's Cheer Team. She loves to cheer, dance, and swim in her free time. She loves helping animals and fosters with a local animal rescue. Her favorite animal is her dog. She is also excited to be a big sister! She looks forward to cheering for the Pelican's this summer and for many years to come!

Peyton Bilodeau

Everyone meet Pey! The dancing queen! Peyton has been in love with the spotlight and showing off since she could crawl! Cheer and gymnastics have been a huge part all of her life. Starting with mommy and me classes, to now being invited to join teams, she’s been in love with this sport for a while Pelicans' cheerleading was no exception! A crowd of thousands to scream and shout while she gets to dance and flip around!! She wouldn’t miss it! So excited to be a first year cheerleader with the Pelicans! Going to make it the best year and many to come!

Reagan Snow

Reagan is a first year cheerleader with the Pelican Cheer Team and is very exicted about it. In addition to cheering, she also enjoys swimming, dancing, and playing soccer. She has a twin sister and an older brother who she loves spending time with. Reagan is very strong-willed and can do anything she puts her mind to. SHe is super excited to be cheering for the Pelicans.

Samantha Whyland

Samantha is a sociable young lady. She is a former member of the Trenton Thunder Baseball Dance team. She is active in school , as well as participating in Cheer, Soccer, Girl Scouts, surfing, tumbling, and more. Samantha models and acts; some credits include: Showtime's Nurse Jackie, HBO's The Deuce, NBC's Manifest and Mysteries of Laura, SYFY's Happy!,Cordizone 10 Cream commercial, NY's Montefiore Hospital commerical, PSA appearances for BIC Supplies and others, an ABC Channel 15 News- Guest Kid Weather Caster with Emmy Nominated weatherman Ed Piotrowski, Gap Kids, Barefoot Landing, Sparkles Boutique, and more. She also has held many Beauty Pageants titles too. Samantha is thrilled to be a eighth year member of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team, making new friends and having all these great new experiences!

Scarlet Dowdy

Scarlet is a gifted and talented honor student who balances multiple sports and academics very well. She has been on her school’s cheer squad since 3rd grade and is also a member of her schools volleyball team too. In addition to sports, she is a member of BETA and competes for her school’s team. Scarlet loves to draw, be creative, and spend time with family and friends. This is her first season on the Pelican’s Cheer Team and she is extremely excited to be on this new adventure.

Shelley Gray Dennis

Shelley Gray is an outgoing girl that is excited to be starting her sixth year with the Pelicans Cheer Team! Shelley Gray loves being on stage, she has taken tap, jazz and ballet lessons since she was three. In addition to the Pelicans she is very involved with her school’s cheer team and chorus. Shelley Gray loves to sing and has had the honor of participating in All Region Honor Choir, as well as, Tri-County and All-State. She loves: participating in workshops at the local children’s theater, being involved in her church, and spending time with her family and friends. Go Pelicans!

Stevie Belle Lewis

Stevie Belle is a fun-loving little girl who loves Jesus, her friends, and family. She has a passion for fashion! She spends her days helping her mom with her sisters, making art and designing new outfits! She is excited for her second year as a Pelicans cheerleader! Go Pelicans!

Taylor Cornwell

Taylor is a first year member of Pelicans Cheer and Dance team. She loves making new friends and is excited to be cheering for our local baseball team. Taylor is a high energy child that is super smart and sassy. Taylor enjoys tumbling, dancing, swimming, soccer, and volleyball. She enjoys spending time with her family, twin sister, friends, and puppy.

Tessa Cornwell

Tessa is a first year member of the Pelicans Cheer and Dance team. She is a energetic, loud and wild child who likes to keep busy. She loves tumbling, dancing, fishing, swimming, soccer, and volleyball. She is a great student and loves to learn! She is most looking forward to making new friends along with hanging out with old friends. She enjoys spending time with her family, twin sister, friends, and puppy. She is very excited to support her local baseball team on and off the field.

Valerie Morrison

Valerie loves making new friends and is excited to be cheering for the Pelicans cheer team; this is her second year on the team. Valerie is sweet, smart, kind and loves being helpful. Valerie is invovled in gymnastics and tumbling, but cheer has become her favorite activity. She likes riding bikes, swimming and drawing. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and puppy.

Mason McLaurin

Mason is an energetic boy that loves to make people smile. He plays baseball, basketball, soccer, and takes karate. He is excited to be the cheer team's Mascot (Bodyguard!) and to cheer on his sister and represent the Pelicans in the community.

Nixon Cook

Nixon is a fun loving young man who is the protector of his little family. He loves and cares for his Mom, his big sister (Lincoln), and his Twin sister (C.J.) both of who are on the cheer squad too. He always strives to be a gentleman. He enjoys playing video games, going to the beach, going to church, playing with his friends, and playing baseball. Nixon has played Tball and coach pitch for 2 years. He could not wait to be a part of his home team! It means so much to him and his family to have him out there on the field walking next to the men he looks up to. This will be Nixon's first year with the Pelicans as a Mascot, and who knows maybe one day he'll grow up to play on the Pelicans Baseball team!

Remy Fesperman

Remy is all boy who loves the outdoors and not only watching but playing sports. He plays football and is a purple belt in karate. He is very happy to help support the Pelicans especially with his big sister being a cheerleader. He is a very adventurous lil boy who loves to travel. Also a gentleman who will hold the door open for the anyone and makes sure to help clean and put things away. Even though his sister is the cheerleader he is one of her biggest supporters by going to all her games and recitals.

Savannah Baisden

Savannah is the baby sister! All of her sisters are Pelican cheerleaders! She is the boss of everyone and loves cheering with her sisters. She is energetic and loves to smile. She is so excited to be a mascot for the Pelican's Cheer team, especially since she has been cheering for them since birth! Go Pelicans!

Saylor Ridenhour

Saylor is a vivacious and spirited Pelican’s mascot with an infectious love for life! Saylor is so excited to be following in her big sister’s footsteps to become a Pelican’s cheerleader. Saylor’s radiant smile will brighten anyone’s day. Go Pelicans!

Stella Ridenhour

Stella’s boundless energy is matched by her adventurous spirit. Whether it’s exploring the backyard, climbing trees, or splashing in puddles, she embraces each moment with infectious enthusiasm. She loves to swim, dance, and build sand castles. She is so excited to be following in her big sister’s footsteps and be a Mascot first and eventually cheer for the Pelicans Cheer team!

London Kiser

London is spunky, sweet, and a determined little girl. This is her first year with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team and is super excited to be a mascot for them, but is even more excited that she gets to share this experience with her big sister. London loves to dance, sing, swim, go to the park, and spend time with her big sister. London is the local ambassador for Shiners Childrens Hospital and a wonderful role model to other child with one hand!

Amanda Whyland

Amanda is a teacher, Tutor, and Business owner. She has coached cheerleading, gymnastics, softball, soccer, swimming, and diving; and has worked throughout the years in multiple camps and organizations focused on working with children of all levels and abilities. Amanda has a professional background in Politics and Business- having worked on a state political level, owning an event planning business, managing a high-profile business operation, and running the business side of a company with multiple accounts with prominent clients. She is a board member for the City of Myrtle Beach, her former colleges and her High School. Amanda is also a member of her daughters' School PTA, School Improvement Committee, a Girl Scout Leader, as well as, the Co-Chair of her High School Reunion Committee. Amanda is elated to be a founding partner/owner of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Cheer and Dance Team and looks forward to another great season!

Kaitlyn McCarty

Kaitlyn has been coaching cheerleading for 4 years. She has coached kids from 3 years up to 18 years old. She has also cheered herself from the age of 7 to 19, as a middle school, high school, all-star, and college cheerleader. She is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and currently teaches 2nd grade. This is Kaitlyn's first year coaching the Pelicans, and is super excited about this opportunity!

Summer Mclaurin

Summer is an active member of the community. She is the marketing director for Sparkles at Broadway at the Beach and Tanger Outlets, She is the community outreach director for the Pelicans Cheer Team. She is also heavily involved with fundraisers and charity events with her daughter's community service club, The Better Together Initiative. Summer is looking forward to helping the team get involved more with community events and teaching the squad the importance of giving back.
