Connecticut Tigers Release 2017 Schedule

NORWICH, CT- The New York-Penn League and the Connecticut Tigers have released the schedule for the upcoming 2017 season. The season will mark the eighth for the Tigers in Norwich at Dodd Stadium. The Tigers open up the 2017 season at home on Monday, June 19^th against the Tri-City ValleyCats (Astros affiliate) with fireworks after the game!

Game time for Monday through Saturday home games will be 7:05 pm. Two exceptions will be Thursday, July 13^th at 11:05 am for Camp Day and Labor Day on Monday, September 4^th at 4:05 pm. All Sunday home games will start at 4:05 pm.

Season tickets for the 2017 season are on sale now! You can become a member of the Tigers family by reserving your season tickets at a significant savings off the walk-up price. A Premium Box Seat for all 38 home games is just $350 per seat and a Reserved Box Seat just $275 per seat. The Tigers will play six Friday night home games during the summer of 2017, as well as five Saturdays and five Sundays. Connecticut will play three home games against the Boston Red Sox affiliate the Lowell Spinners (July 30-August 1), three versus the Staten Island New Yok Yankees affiliate (August 5-7), and six against the New York Mets affiliate the Brooklyn Cyclones (July 20-22, September 3-5).

2017 will feature eight fireworks shows including six Friday Night Fireworks shows as well as fireworks on June 19^th (Opening Night) and Tuesday, July 4^th. Each Saturday home game will feature a different premium giveaway item for the first 1,000 fans through the gates. A full list of 2017 promotions will be released in the months leading up to the start of the season.
