CT Tigers Say Thank You To Veterans

November 7, 2013

NORWICH, CT - The Connecticut Tigers are proud to honor our military heroes this Veterans Day by offering a special "thank you" offer.

Any active or retired military member who comes to the Dodd Stadium box office on Monday November 11, 2013 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. will receive two complimentary ticket vouchers redeemable for a premium box seat to any 2014 regular season Connecticut Tigers game. The offer is only valid in person at the Dodd Stadium box office and military identification must be shown.

"We are extremely proud of the strong military ties here in Southeastern Connecticut. As an organization we feel it's important to thank these heroes for all the sacrifices they make for us. Giving them a free pair of tickets is just a small token of our appreciation on a day meant to honor them," said CT Tigers Vice President and General Manager C.J. Knudsen. "We look forward to having them here at Dodd Stadium next summer to enjoy a baseball game on us."

The Connecticut Tigers are the New York-Penn League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and play a 76 game (38 home, 38 away) schedule that runs from mid June through early September. 2014 season tickets are now on sale! The front office and ticket office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and can be accessed in person or by calling 860-887-7962.
